Extremely Disappointing Stay - Avoid at All Costs I had an awful experience at this hotel. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful, making the entire stay even more unpleasant. The rooms were in a deplorable state, with zero attention to hygiene. To my horror, I found cockroaches crawling inside the room, which was absolutely unacceptable. The towels provided were smelly, and the bedsheets were stained and looked unwashed. The entire room had an unpleasant odor that made it impossible to relax. This hotel clearly lacks basic cleanliness and customer service standards. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your health and peace of mind. Definitely one of the worst stays I've ever had!

I booked delux room, but as I experienced they took a lot of charges but did not get the delux room as expected, room not clean and unhygienic, bathroom tap are very dirty, and old style, water leakage problem, dirty, unpleasant smell in room, delux rooms not spacious, conjusted. They posted beautiful pictures but actual situation is very different. please be sure while booking and before paying.

Poor service.very dirty nd dusty room with mosquito.used towel given to me.i need to call owner but hotel staff not given me owner no.today dated 10.05.2025 i have check out.

The Hotel was very decent and affordable in the Aurangabad city. The hotel was easily accessible from the bus stop and had few good restaurants nearby as well. The receptionist and the staff was friendly and helpful when required.

Discrepancies and Concerns with Room Amenities *Safety and Security* - Room pictures are misleading, not accurately representing the actual room - Auto-latch doors without manual override, causing uncertainty about door status *Hygiene and Comfort* - Toilets lack toilet paper, indicating poor attention to guest hygiene - Only one towel provided, even for double occupancy rooms - No complimentary bottled water; tap water is undrinkable due to high mineral content *Inconvenient Amenities* - Hot water availability is limited, starting only after 10:00 AM, which can disrupt guests' daily plans These concerns highlight significant gaps in the property's attention to guest comfort, safety, and hygiene.

All the rooms were neat and tiddy. The staff was also very helpful and on time. Just the water pressure on jet spray was a little off and there were no toilet paper rolls... That the only demerit... Apart from that it's very comfortable for 1 or 2 days of stay... Can easily accomodate 3 people in 1 room...

Definitely not for families. Should be kept as last option if you don't find a better one and can't cancel the journey either.
