Great Hospitality, But Food Needs Improvement I had a pleasant stay overall, thanks to the warm and welcoming staff. The hospitality at this hotel was definitely a highlight - everyone from the front desk to housekeeping was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. They really made the stay comfortable and stress-free. However, the food was a letdown. The variety was limited, and the taste didn't quite meet expectations. Meals often lacked freshness and flavor, which was disappointing given the otherwise excellent service. If the hotel can improve its food quality to match the level of its hospitality, it would be a much more enjoyable experience. I'd still consider staying again just for the great service, but would probably eat elsewhere.

Easy to find from main road. Good parking is available. Rooms are near and clean and big. Bed was comfortable. They provide drinking water which is best feature in summer. Bathroom was clean and big. TV was nice. Their restaurant is good. But best is open area restaurant for dinners. They also arrange special dinner parties for occassion. Food is good too. Liquor also not very expensive. Many corporate events happen here. Staff is helpful and cheerful Room service coffee was less in quantity. Pool is bad. It was closed in most days, and later it has dirty water.

Sometimes, you just need a place that gets the basics right--and Amarpreet does exactly that. It is a solid pick if you're looking for comfort without the fuss. The rooms are spacious and clean, with a modern touch that doesn't try too hard. The staff is courteous, and the service is efficient--nothing over-the-top, just the kind of smooth experience you hope for on a short city stay. The location is central, making it convenient for both business and leisure travelers.

The room is spacious and clean with good food. Murli was very courteous and prompt in his work. The location is in right place near the city centre and not far from the airport. It has good connectivity too and has a good restaurant as well. Recommended.

Rooms are ok. Zero hospitality. It has been booked for marriage with full payment done in advance. Full hotel is booked by us. No AC is working. None was able to sleep. 0 communication from the management. Worst!!

Had a decent stay here with my family. The rooms are clean, hygienic and upscale. Good food. I think the hotel is going through some renovation work. Can see construction related activity, noise, paint smell etc in the corridor on the 5th floor. It would be better if proper upfront information is provided to the customers about this. Other than that, the staff is very professional and we felt welcome.

"ZERO STARS IF I COULD - PATHETIC EXPERIENCE" If there was an option to give this place zero stars, I would. We booked this hotel for a once-in-a-lifetime moment and instead got stuck in a sweaty, sleepless, mismanaged mess. The A/C wasn't working. Not for hours -- for over a day. The staff? Clueless. Management? Missing. We had elderly guests who nearly collapsed due to the heat, and not a single person in charge took it seriously. Don't risk your memories here. This hotel is an embarrassment.
