I would like to thank you Tata group .... Like any segment there is not beat in Trust, Loyalty, Hospitality etc....I booked my Hotel Accommodation in Gateway Taj while booking my wife was saying it's expensive and we can get good hotel in half the price but I still booked ticket despite her unwillingness.. we reached hotel at 2 pm on 10th May ... the time our car entered in hotel Till the time of Exit frm hotel the way each staff treated us it was amazing... Hospitality was awesome. Smile was there on each staff, Help and assistance nature was there,Able to see Indian culture .... good thing while returning back my wife told me that Next time she again want to came and stay in same Hotel.... So in simple we experience true Value for money....Thank you entire team of Hotel Gateway ......

A Disappointing Experience * I stayed for one night with my wife and two kids, booked two rooms. * Came to the hotel after a 12-hour long road trip, and had another long drive ahead. * One of the room's AC was not working properly. It was fixed later, but that wasn't the only issue. * The room lacked basic amenities like floor mats, and the ambience felt unfinished - like raw cement was just washed. * Despite this, I didn't complain and decided to adjust. * At night, around 3:00 AM, my room's AC stopped working again. * I tried fixing it myself, but it kept turning off repeatedly. * I finally called the reception around 3:30 AM, frustrated and tired. * They shifted us to another room in the middle of the night -- my whole family, including two kids, had to move rooms at 3:30 AM. * It felt like we were on the road again, not in a hotel. * Next morning, a staff member came and said they would send an engineer to check the issue -- which made no sense after our night was already ruined. * I told them I didn't want to meet the engineer, as there was no point anymore. * Overall, it was the worst hotel experience I've had. * I expected much more from a property like this. Sadly, they failed in basic comfort and service. * I'm writing this review because I'm deeply disappointed and hope no other family faces the same trouble.

I recently stayed in Aurangabad for 10 days. I stayed here the entire time and it was incredible. The grounds themselves were very nice. The people were even friendlier. I visited Elora and Ajantha caves along with Lonar lake and a few other things as well. They arranged a driver for all of these excursions. I'd highly suggest asking for Manoj as your driver. He is a treasure trove of information and a very decent man. I enjoyed the drives with him as much as I did the destinations. The restaurant at the hotel was brilliant. The selection was surprising. Since I was there for a week and a half I got to know most of the staff there. I can't begin to write all their names down as it would take up to much time but there wasn't a single person, from housekeeping to Om, at the bar, that I didn't have a warm experience with. On top of that, the city itself can be quite loud but the rooms are well soundproofed. I spent quite a bit of time between trips in my room, just processing, and it was very peaceful. I'd highly recommend paying these folks a visit.

The room was ver comfortable. Front office, Housekeeping , Restaurent everyone was very helpful Especially front office. This is our secound stay. Will definitely come again. The welcoming was very good. And checkout went very smooth. Thank you

Nice Stay with family. Food is good. Staff is caring. Location is also near CIDCO.|Clean rooms with internet facilities.|Staff is polite and always ready to support.|Swimming pool is nice for kids and adults. Lifeguard is available. Garden is also good.

Set in a lush garden, it's so nice to get away from the noise and pollution in Aurangabad. the hotel itself needs a bit of an update but it's still luxurious. Its best feature is the garden ideal for dinner where you can enjoy your food in a beautiful and tranquil setting. Try to avoid weekends during wedding season when the hotel is inevitably booked for wedding parties and the hotels becomes more rowdy and noisy. Couples even travel all the way from Mumbai to get married here;

I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed by the overall hygiene and cleanliness. The hotel was under renovation -- something that was not communicated at the time of booking, which was frustrating. The bathroom was dirty, with smudge marks on the mirrors and an unclean bathtub that had hair in it. There was visible scaling on the health faucet and other bathroom fixtures, and to make things worse, the health faucet wasn't even functional. The hair dryer was filthy, adding to the sense of neglect. In the room, the sofa was stained, the table lamp had visible marks, and dust was everywhere. The furniture felt very old and poorly maintained. It was obvious that proper cleaning protocols were not being followed concerning from a hygiene and health standpoint. To add to the disappointment, the restaurant was not operational, and guests were instead directed to a makeshift dining setup in the banquet hall. This space was not well maintained, the furniture was very old, and it didn't give the impression of a star-rated hotel. Even the cloth napkins provided were dirty, which was unacceptable. On a slightly better note, the food was decent -- nothing exceptional, but edible. The one redeeming aspect was the chef, who was kind and genuinely made an effort to offer good hospitality. Unfortunately, even his warmth couldn't make up for the hotel's unacceptable hygiene standards. I would not recommend staying here unless they make serious improvements, especially in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest communication.

Amazing stay at Gateway. The staff was excellent - they helped us with all our requests. The room was also great, clean and comfortable. The food was amazing, with great options available and it was also reasonable in terms of price. Overall it was value for money
