Ambassador Ajanta Hotel, Aurangabad

I recently stayed at the Ajanta Ambassador in Aurangabad and had a pleasant experience overall. The property is massive and beautifully spacious, which adds to a sense of relaxation as soon as you enter. The rooms are large and well-maintained, offering plenty of comfort and space to unwind. One of the highlights was the in-dining experience--the food was excellent, and what really stood out was their flexibility. The kitchen was open to preparing pretty much any dish we requested, which made the experience feel very personalized. The swimming pool is another plus--clean, well-maintained, and a great place to relax. The SPA service, on the other hand, was just okay--decent but not the highlight of the stay. A special mention to Mahesh from housekeeping, who did a great job ensuring the room was spotless and that we had everything we needed. Overall, it's a solid choice if you're visiting Aurangabad, especially if you value space, good food, and a peaceful environment.

I stayed here with Family. We had very fanatic service provided by Aakash, Manoj and Ganesh. They are very helpful. Staff is very polite and always ready to support. They help you to arrange vehicle if you are new to city. They should improve their Restaurant service rest all is good

Rooms needs to be improved..lot of old wooden furniture needs maintenance. Bathroom fittings/leakage issues AC temp you can not change which is big issue. Chairs with cushion but the chair has lost is cushions so needs replacement. Excellent ratings for Customer Service Food quality Swimming pool

This was a good one in Sambhaji Nagar. It was a huge property with greenery all around. There is a nice pool and nicely maintained lawns behind the hotel. Service levels are excellent. Food is good. Breakfast spread is nice with many local delicacies however service levels need to improve here. Rooms are old but big and well maintained. Staff is nice overall as they take care of you. Loved it here and will come again.

Their rooms need big time overhauling. Need to upgrade and renovate their rooms, especially the bathrooms and the plumbing. Had issue with their room key card for first few hours but the issue was resolved. Bathroom door was missing a outside latch. Restaurant service was extremely slow even with handful of occupied tables. There is scope for improvement when it comes to taste and quality of the food especially their breakfast, along with the service. The only plus was their staff. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

This hotel has a nice old vibe to it. The surroundings are nice to walk around. Lot of open spaces. Near to the airport. Rooms are great . Food is good as usual although I feel it's on the expensive side. Would definitely visit again.
