SPOT ON AUR204 Hotel The Mountain View

I had book a room at a price of Rs970 with 50% of advanced booking. On the day of arrival we reached very late at night around 1.00 am and they demanded Rs.2000 without any reason. I spoke to the customer care of OYO and the best solution they had to cancel the room and ask to book another room. But the hotel is situated very lonely place and almost 8 km away from ellora cave with out any public communication. I paid the extra money and then only they allow to enter the room. It was a very embarrassing experience with three gentle lady at the very late night. I have all the transaction records with me and can be produced at any point of time.

Horrible experience... No electricity entire night..not having electricity back-up They didn't provide breakfast even its including in my booking...
