Worst place. I don't even know where to begin- Staff is extremely unprofessional. Manager is just trying to get extra money from the customer. He is the manager and didn't even know the wifi password. It took them 2 days to give us an access to the wifi. So if you're planning to do remote work don't ever choose this place. Rooms were not maintained. They are not at all worth for 5k inr. They are taking undue advantage from people travelling from outside. The photos they have on their website are fake. Only villas have space their deluxe rooms are crazy. They looks like lodge rooms (not atall worth all that money) Bathrooms were unclean and there were cockroaches roaming all over. JUST CRAZY EXPERIENCE! NOT ATALL WORTH YOUR MONEY.!

Its feels like "Govt quarters". Minimum Service, No Maintenance, Un-hygienic. Though they charge you premium, You will find so many street dogs, Improper lights, Muddy Both rooms. We lost our shoes there as we forgot to take them in inside the room at night. And those street dogs took them at night. Food is good but too much costly. AC, door locks does not work, and they dont have any fan inside the room. We went on 14th March 2025, it was hot and you can understand the situation. Swimming pull not maintained. Overall its not at all reasonable.
Our stay at Meadows Resorts & Spa was deeply disappointing, marked by numerous issues that made our experience far from enjoyable. Below are the specific complaints we encountered during our stay: 1. **In-Room Amenities:** - The curtains in our room were broken and were haphazardly "fixed" by pasting newspaper, which was both unsightly and unprofessional. - The sanitaryware in the bathrooms is outdated and in terrible condition. The toilets were unhygienic, and all the taps and faucets were rusty and barely functional. - The room was equipped with an old CRT TV, which is completely out of place in today's world of flat screens. The TV didn't work properly, adding to the frustration. - In one of our rooms, the geyser was not working, forcing our children to bathe in cold water--a completely unacceptable situation. - The room service was abysmal. Despite constant excuses about being understaffed due to high occupancy, this is no excuse for the poor service we received. If the hotel cannot cater to its guests properly, it should limit bookings accordingly. 2. **Resort Grounds & Facilities:** - While the resort has a well-designed exterior, it is severely neglected. Wild grass, moss, and shrubs cover the grounds, making the pathways dangerously slippery, especially for elderly guests during the rainy season. - The swimming pool was filthy. The water was not filtered while in use, leaving it dirty and unhygienic. - The lobby, although nicely designed with centralized AC, was stiflingly hot as the AC was not functional, making the check-in process extremely uncomfortable. 3. **Staff & Service:** - The staff was rude and indifferent, showing no concern for the hotel's reputation or our experience. When we voiced our concerns, they bluntly told us they didn't care and that we could do whatever we wanted. - Room service was inefficient. If we attempted to place an additional order, we were rudely told not to call repeatedly and to place all orders at once due to the hotel's "rush"--a poor excuse for substandard service. - On my daughter's birthday, the hotel refused to deliver a cake we had stored in their restaurant fridge, citing a policy against "outside food." I had to personally go to the restaurant to retrieve it--an inconvenience that should never have happened. 4. **General Neglect:** - The resort is infested with insects and lizards, which easily enter the rooms due to gaps under the doors. - Many of the outdoor lights were not functioning, and despite our complaints, they were never repaired. - There was no WiFi, no indoor games, no kids' play zone, and the spa was also non-operational, further diminishing the value of our stay. In conclusion, Meadows Resorts & Spa is severely overpriced at 3000/- per night for double occupancy. The poor service, lack of basic amenities, and general neglect of the property made our stay an absolute nightmare. We left feeling deceived and would strongly advise others to avoid this until the management awakes from slumber and rectifies the areas that requires attention.
Property/resort is very good but very disappointing in terms of maintenance and hospitality. Even after requesting there was no hot water. The tap wasn't working properly. No foot mat. No amenities. Only the food and food service was good. The taste and food presentation was excellent.
We were unsure about the hotel because of other reviews, but it met our requirements very well. We greatly enjoyed the large pool which had clean water. Good Indian breakfast buffet with fruit. Nice outdoor eating area for other meals. Staff were helpful but really need a few more to give better service. Room was spacious, grounds green and spacious. Outdoor lighting was working. Yes, it could do with some better cleaning and maintenance, but we enjoyed our few days here.
It's a huge place. Well maintained rooms. Bath fittings and other furniture is old but in working condition. Peaceful place. Some rooms have bath tubs but it difficult to use due to bathroom size and old fittings. Staff are supportive. We did not face any issues while we stayed. It was a comfortable stay
Experience is very bad..... Not facility available......food quality is ok ok ......no any services available as per their mentioning catlog....
Worst service ever i see in my whole life. PLEASE DON'T BOOK ROOM HERE. They provide no co-operation. AC's don't work good. My genuine and humble request to all..i won't ever recommend staying here. Food is too expensive and cheap quality. Room service is worst. No communication. They charge too extraa for conference without informing before.
