Reception guy attitude like he is doing favour on us by giving us room, washroom is smelling like drainage. No telephone there to call room service, when we see out of the room, there is no one for room service, reception guy behave like they are only having the hotel in whole city, and too arrogant while speaking, rooms are dirty and not a good location, from the window you will see wastage of hotel .. totally bad service and hotel. One more thing all reviews are fake in their google reviews

It's a Trap, avoid it. There is a restaurant closeby by the same name which is famous for only 1 dish and using that name they seem to have started this logging place which does not stand up to the reputaion of former. One of the boy at reception was talking nonsense and was thinking that he was impressing us by telling us that he is only 18 but since 10th standards he is a Alllrounder and speaks 7 languages and coudl not Name even 4. The talk was very wierd! Hallway is clean and the facade is beautifull but it's all a trap. Initially they show you a nice room and then charge you a lot for even non AC rooms giving reasons for maintaining costs etc. But the truth is that there no maintenance at all. As soon as we purchased the room and payment was sent into their account they told that only these particular rooms are available and other rooms have issues. But then the actual rooms you get are dirty, smelly,(probably used for drinking parties and smoking as the smell is everywhere) the bedsheets and blanckets are not washed at all. And I was sneezing all night due to the dust and smell. There is no internet facility. It's very noisy during the night. The hotel managament boys keep making noise till 2 AM and as it is very close to the roadside there is noose all the time. The ceiling fab fittings are broken and it also makes noise. So, avoid this place and do not take rooms here. Only good thing is that hot water is available. Bathrooms are not clean. The reception guy kept insisting that all men sleep in 1 room and all women in other room. Which really made me angry. I could not sleep all night. Being with the family made the time pass but I hope that such situations do not happen again. So avoid this place at any cost and go somewhere else.
