Absolutely Disgusting Experience - Total Waste of Money I deeply regret booking Coconut Ivy Resort & Spa in Alibag. This place is a complete nightmare and nowhere near worth the outrageous Rs. 11,000 I paid. The room given was in pathetic condition - the air conditioner made loud noises, barely worked, and sounded like a tractor. The bathroom was filthy, with stains everywhere and a stinking, unhygienic atmosphere that made it impossible to feel clean. The furniture looked like it hadn't been changed in decades - old, broken, and totally unfit for a "resort." There was a constant dirty, musty smell in the room, which made staying inside unbearable. Worst of all, the staff didn't care one bit. Their service was slow, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. It's shocking that they have the audacity to charge premium rates for such a run-down, neglected property. Avoid this place at all costs - it's a scam. You'll end up furious, frustrated, and cheated. I wouldn't stay here again even for free

We had come to the resort with group of four families. We had a very pleasant stay. Kids enjoyed the pool and also the mini water park. Rooms are little old style but are decent. Poolside dinning too is lively specially at night with live IPL screening. Overall very good stay.

The resort is pretty good. Best for fmly and frnds. Rooms are not sooo good but manageable. We had faced water issues in the room for bathing and utilizing washrooms. Soory to say the room service was little poor. But overall it was a good experience with family and friends. It's does have parking space within the premises.

Earlier the name was Big Splash resort which was a 3 star hotel.. Hence we booked for one night. There by the receptionist we came to know that 10 days ago it has been taken over by Coconut Ivy Resort.. We had book Super duplex rooms . The rooms were big but as per the rooms AC was not appropriate. AC was too small to cool the room.. Tv was not working.. No deemed light.. Also there Bathroom was with Black tiles with white texture which was depressing,Bath tub was not cleaned properly.It was yellowish..Also the bath tub was broken they had stick some silver tape to cover up... Bathroom stink a lot.. Shower water was not smooth.it was hurting while bathing.. Pool had green fungus at some places.. Tonnes of mosquitoes.. They only provide bath towel.. no hand towel was given to us even after requesting.. no complementary dental kit only small medimix soap was provided..They had kept old fridge in the room only to show up.. The worst was their Complementary Breakfast..cold poha, medu vada without salt, full of oily chetney. Bread without toaster, cold scrambled eggs.. Thankfully we did not had our lunch dinner.. Total experience was WORST..Will definitely not recommend this resort.. If years back it was the best resort but now the Worst n unhygienic resort.. Please think twice before booking..

Mehtab & Gang EXTRAVEGANT STUFF. I WILL VISIT AGAIN. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coconut Ivy Resort in Alibaug for three days, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. Service: The service at Coconut Ivy is great. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Room Service: The room service was good. The staff were courteous and always ready to assist. Food: The food at Coconut Ivy is scrumptious. A good variety of dishes fresh and quality. Caretakers: The caretakers at the resort were wonderful. Their warm hospitality added a personal touch to my stay. Rooms: The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms were also up to the mark. Poolside: The poolside area is a fantastic place to relax and soak up the sun. The pool is clean and well-maintained. Overall, my stay at Coconut Ivy Resort was nothing short of amazing. I highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway in Alibaug.

Thisnplace is good to visit with your family and friends, we had a good time , the pool was lived by all, the inhouse restaurant and bar had some good choice of cocktails and mocktails. Food was good. Place was decent given that we were looking for a budget friendly and yet a decent place. Must visit.

The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness.Had one of the worst experience in my life.Staff are terrible....front desk guys were worst and indifferent..i went with family...rooms are worst quality. Water issue since 3 to 4 hrs and till time not resolved. I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time. Believe me , don't go with this Coconut Ivy and Resort (Alibaug)

Overall bad experience, I must say! Rooms are big but very stinky. No cleanliness, no hygiene maintained. Low food quality. They don't cooperate with visitors at all. Only 1 water pool is okay. Slides of the water pool closed. Spa is closed. Indoor games area is very small and again very dirty & stinky. We visited for Official office picnic, but experience is very bad! They show very clean pictures of rooms, but in real it is not. I recommend not to choose as your holiday destination!
