Shilpgram heritage resort

I visited the place with my family in last time. Manager took my order, It's take almost 1 hours for give delivery food at table. No one waiter was entertain for water bottle, also not given tissue paper. Which I order item was ok. But, Steam rice was not as good quality. I am regularly visit this restaurant. But this time noticed that they are not bother about service.

I recently stayed at Shilpgram and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, the staff was welcoming, attentive, and eager to assist with any needs. The check-in process was seamless. The room was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. One of the highlights of my stay was the birds in premises. The swimming pool was beautifully maintained and offered a relaxing escape. The restaurant served some of the best meals and every dish they offered had amazing taste. The location was ideal, with making it easy to explore the area. Despite being in a bustling area, the hotel felt like a peaceful retreat. Overall, my stay at exceeded all expectations. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and stress-free getaway. I can't wait to return!

Hi, I want to share my bad experience with this hotel. I have stayed twice in this hotel and staff experience was good but yesterday was very bad. I wanted to book the room with complimentary breakfast included but the reception person said not possible and hung my phone. Today a person named Vijay Pawar called me and said you have booked the room and didn't come, we lost revenue. How funny it is, you said no and now blaming me. Moreover, when I said your behaviour is bad and I will never recommend to anyone and will not visit your hotel he said don't come. This person, Vijay Pawar, even doesn't know the meaning of hospitality and hotel put him at reception. He is putting blame on customer and not taking his responsibility. Friends hotel is good rooms are good environment is good but God save you from this person.

Property located in quiet surrounding with plenty of space for car parking. Their restaurant is also good. Overall a reasonably good place to stay in Sawantwadi. However, the resort needs to upgrade room interiors. The mattress was not comfortable at all & the curtains looked soiled & dusty.

Overall all services are good. We're staying here fourth time and our experience is good. I think one and only good option to stay in sawantwadi is shilpgram. With your friends and family. Hoping to get some discount going further for our loyalty :) Mayuri Pandit :)

I have stayed here at 4 different occasions and I am super impressed with the food, service, staff, environment and location. Easy booking Rooms are cleant everyday while you are still checked in and sheets are changed Food is really good and staff is absolutely friendly

Very nice services staff, bungalows room , cook , beautiful traditional looking statues kept, with modern facilities and natural atmosphere everywhere.
