Nandan Farm Stay

Amazing rooms with rustic interiors, with required comfort. Great food (Veg, Non-veg, Breakfast, Dinner). Food is local cuisine. The care taker did a good job of attending us from check-in to check-out. The surroundings are calm and serene with trees from which you can easily pick fruits.

Would not recommend visiting. We booked the farm well in advance but when entered the property, the pool wasn't clean and there had no current. When we inquired we got to know about the weekly maintainence in the area on a specific day which wasn't conveyed to us by tge owners neither it had a power backup. The service was awful , had restricted timings for accesing swimming pool and so called 'utensil charges'. The property was shabby and was not maintained properly. Would recommend to find some better places.

The location is excellent however the below needs to improve: Door latches are wooden and do not latch properly, same applies for bathroom door. Doors need to have a net door added as we spotted a snake right on the main door in the morning which is very unsafe for kids. Curtains do not cover the entire window Rooms are not cleant everyday while guests are staying

The best place to stay at Sawantwadi. The place is situated in the dense forests and is just 1 km from the Sawantwadi city. This makes a perfect location. If you are tired from the daily routine, you must visit this farm stay and feel relaxed. The service was very nice. Room were so clean and attractive. They welcome with a glass of Kokam Sarbat which was very interesting and remembering. If you are searching for peace, you must stay here atleast for 2 days. I stayed with my wife and 2 years son. My son enjoyed a lot especially in the swimming pool. The breakfast was very nice and in a budget. We are going to visit this farm stay again when my son reaches 4 years. I request the owner to give discount to those customers who will visit your farm stay second time.

Almost more than 5 times I have visited Nandan Farm, Sawnatwadi, in last 5 years... Good Welcome with peaceful stay for family as well with friends... Home made food Veg & Non Veg available as per choice. Recommend, Modak in Veg with Local food & in Non veg fish dishes too. Owner Mrs. Padgankar personally meet to visited guests & take care of all necessary requirement of Hospitality.

We had a fantastic experience at Nandan Farm Stay. The property is spread across a huge area and covered with lots of trees around giving it a complete vibe of farm stay. The rooms are neat and clean with its unique colourful yet rustic interiors. Swimming pool is an excellent addition and great for family to enjoy. The staff is very polite. The owner of the Farmstay Amruta is a genuine person and spent lots of time talking to us. The food is typical Konkani food you will crave for. Loved the dining area the most because of simplicity and true feel of being at native home. Overall a fantastic stay and highly recommend.

Nandan farms, is a picturesque, serene, quiet yet a bustling place with all positivity and bubbling energy. The place has been painstakingly designed keeping in mind the minutest need of the customer. The place enchants you from early morning through night. Nature beckons you through the musical chirps of the birds and the sweet games that the squirrels play. You may be with family and friends or totally single, you are bound to fall in love with the almighty and the ambience of the farm for sure. The service provider - Johnson is at your beck and call. The food is exquisite and the icing on the cake is the lovely cool, clean and true blue swimming pool. You'll have no choice but to fall in love all over again - though this time it'd be with this home stay! Well done to the owner - Ms. Amruta, keep up the good work. I was 100% spell bound with this mystic place! And this place is just about two flat minutes from Sawantwadi Cheers!!!

Wonderful place located near to the main city of Sawantwadi. The place is an hidden gem. It's nestled within the jungle an ideal place for nature lovers. It's a place for groups or even of anyone wants to be alone to unwind. The property is absolutely well maintained, food amazing. The host also wonderful ensuring the quests feel at home. I will be surely visiting this place again.
