It is not at all good for family stay Just below hotel there is bar whcih is open all day and night Entire night one group was partying in room with loud noise that we couldn't sleep No parking available for cars Room are small with very small size bed for family Hot water not working Ac was not properly working Tv was not working

It is not at all good for family stay Just below hotel there is bar whcih is open all day and night Entire night one group was partying in room with loud noise that we couldn't sleep No parking available for cars Room are small with very small size bed for family Hot water not working Ac was not properly working Tv was not working Lots of mosquito and cockroaches Staff are not cooperating Breakfast is not good Very bad experience Rating for this hotel is negative but not available that's why giving 1 star

Very bad language by receptionist, speaking loudly to everyone.dont know how to speak with guest, I came here 5 time but this time this receptionist argument with everything.I felt very bad this time. I am working in govt sector and my colleagues come every time in this hotel .

Rooms are not provided with minimum facilities, no chairs or intercom provided , even water stopped while bathing, amenities like drinking water , soap etc not provided after asking the reception they send ,

5/5 exceeded expectations! Friendly staff, pristine rooms, great amenities, and perfect location. Stayed there for 2nd time and it was super comfortable. Highly recommend for comfort, convenience, and top-notch hospitality!

The hotel is very nearby the station, just a 5-minute walk away. It's very clean, including the rooms. the hotel is centrally located in the city. The reception person was also very helpful; they help me in booking a bus for Nagpur

It's awesome for kids and super clean. Rooms were big, and the staff were really nice. Everything was spotless, which was a big relief. Definitely a great spot for a family to stay
