Vakratunda Executive

I am extremely happy to sharing my review of Vakratunda executive, it is the best hotel to live in chakan, have the large room and also they provide the best service. Thank you Vakratunda For The Best Behaviour and Services.

Please do not book this hotel through online websites like makemytrip or goibibo. They will bluff you. I had very pathetic experience as Hotel has assigned the rooms which were outside the hotel main building and those were behind the premise like chawl row houses. The ambient of room was same as shown in the photos posted on the mmt but the location was not safe and secured. We noticed at 3AM in morning that some guys were talking and cleaning the area besides the window of room and I called for reception but no response and next day I raised the complaint about safety. Even anybody from outside can look into the bathroom of these rooms.

The room I checked in had cigarette butts lying when I checked in. The feet turned black due to unclean floors. Decent rooms but no writing table to work on laptop. They need to improve their housekeeping.

We stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights, spacious ,clean and tidy rooms.. Hotel is situated in MIDC, but you have good restaurants in vicinity of 2 to 5k.m. Overall outstanding service. Special mention to Ms. SNEHA at Reception and Vishwa for outstanding hospitality. Ms. Sneha made our stay wonderful and took care of most of our requests.

Single non ac room. Good facilities for stay, amazing staff. The reception is helpful especially Sneha, she makes the process smooth and also arranges for tea/coffee or snacks if required very efficiently. The in room dining is also very prompt and excellent. Had ordered tea and veg cheese grilled sw, the tea was good but extremely sweet, and sw was with no cheese. Both were acknowledged and apologized to by the front desk staff. Good place to stay. Highly recommended in the area.

The experience was very bad, the rooms were very dirty. The toiletries were used. The bedspreads, blankets everything was dirty and had stains on them, after requesting they changed them but they were even dirtier. The rooms had an unpleasant smell.

Hotel is awesome, Staff is so co-operative, Miss. Sneha is good co-ordinated the staff & other activities ,Food was good, Rooms was so clean, Affordable prices, All over good experience.
