recently dined at your restaurant with high hopes, having heard some positive things about their food. While the food itself was generally acceptable, the service was so shockingly poor that it completely overshadowed any positives. It's unfortunate, because with a little attention to customer service, this could be a much better establishment. Our server seemed disinterested and rushed, barely making eye contact and sighing impatiently when we asked questions about the dishes. Throughout the meal, the service continued to decline. Our drinks were slow to arrive and weren't refilled unless we flagged down a different server. We ordered an fresh lime soda that never arrived, and when we finally inquired about it, our server seemed confused and offered no apology. Getting the bill was another ordeal in itself, requiring multiple attempts to get someone's attention. The food, as mentioned, was decent. the potential to be a great dining spot, but the abysmal service needs serious attention.

Very good property located in close proximity of railway station and bus stand. Rooms are big , ventilated with Daiken Silent AC with Abundant Natural light. Dont miss the food at restaurant, i s is delicious and served with good great hospitality like home.

The infrastructure is really good but services and cleanliness is not maintained at all. We asked for basic amenities which the manager declined. The owner is really good and cooperative but from prateek the front desk staff to services and cleaning staff need to work. They barely do the minimum.

I was here for the first time, it is a very good hotel and the food quality is the best, the service is good, I had paneer chakori and garlic cheese nan, it was very good Desert lovers can try fruit salad or sizling brownie. I recommend it. Thanks to all staff and team.

Stayed here for one night on the way to jaipur Rooms are very neat since its new hotel and staffs are friendly and helpful. Restaurant in the hotel is very pricey and food also not so good. All foods are very oily. Ordered veg Hariyali kabab and they served some other kabab. They tried to convince me that it's hariyali kabab. Have to show the picture from internet. But the kabab was good. In fact kabab was the only food we enjoyed.

It's very good experience , Party hall is sufficient and ambient as per room size, clean place. Good Service from hotel. Hotel little bit inside from main road that's an issue only. Otherwise everything is good

Everything is good luxuries hall in city within budget. And decorated well. There service, owners, staff all are cooperative. But there are hospitals nearby so can't make noise outside.
