We are stay in Hotel 20 August to 23 August 2019, if we see front of hotel, it's looking so nice but our first impression is so bed. Hotel rooms is very dirty, stain found on bedsheet and pillows, also water tap Brocken condition in bathroom, fan not working in slow Speed, AC also not cooling well (weather is cool so it's OK), sink pipe water spread on bathroom, pipe damage, smell in room, room not lock properly, Shara blue restaurant toilet so much smelling. Restaurant service so slow, more then half hour need for breakfast (for simple bread batter/sandwich) even not have much customer. Water bottle print price is 20 but they charge it 25 even u take normal water bottle. Simple bread addition charge is 20 Rs. In aamlet. There is one texi person number available in reception. We fixed the pickup and drop in 1000 but the driver charge it 1200. Same last day we fix the taxi person pickup and drop at airport in 1860 but he make bill 2200. Its not hotel fault I just writing here what we suffering there, so be careful during taxi booking. We want checkout 1st day but OYO representative say that we will pay for all 3day payment. Some one say its good hotel in this area, I don't know other hotels condition. Maybe in start hotel condition very good but there is more demanding cheaper room so its condition like that. I Suggest to hotel management please keep hygiene room, proper maintenance and you can increase charge in some room so have options to choose as are needs.

I had worst experience of this hotel on OYO. It was very bad experience to us. We booked 2 rooms for 5 people but the condition of both the rooms was terrible. We asked the person to give another room on which he said they have only 2 rooms left. After showing him more discomfort about it he immediately showed us another room. It means he was lieing. Looking at charges and rating mentioned by OYO executive we thought hotel will be quite ok but it was not. Rooms were not cleaned during and ready during check-in. We called hotelier almost 3 prior to check in considering that by the time we reach there should be hassle free stay. We took 1hr to settle down completely. We had to call them twice for anything we need. Rooms were too dusty that even if we keep something on table it got dirty. Among two rooms, one room's AC did not work whole night. We asked them for water bottle on which they said hotels are closed now and we don't have any stock available. Later on one guy come up with 4 water bottles. I don't recommend this place to anybody for stay. It was our bad luck that we could not go for any other option in Chakan as already it was 2 o' clock at night and every hotel was full.

Not a clean hotel. There was foul smell in corridors and rooms. Wash rooms are not clean. I have booked one room through OYO app for three members (Triple Occupancy). After reaching there, hotel reception guy was asking additional money for placing extra bed for third occupant and denied Check-in. Then I have cancelled the booking.

The hotel is bit old. The rooms also not upto the mark. Its bit smelly and not in good condition. I am not sure with every room. The first room we got was really bad and we asked for another one. That room was pretty good. The rooms are small but okay for two people. The staffs are good and helpful.

Expensive room, not worth for money. No clean rooms, especially bathroom very unhygienic and dirty. Location is good and service is better Note. Don't book with OYO.. they are the worst part. No one will give you rooms if you book from Oyo...

DTH cable subscribtion was expired. DTH box power adaptor was not available in room. after request he given 1. room walls and dirty and paint was broken, even not done the path work on paint. only 1towel provide between 3guests. extra mattress provided but it was not clean. linen for extra matress was tron from between. AC remote was not there in room. after tell to room service they just ask to on AC by button and AC temperature was at 30 degree and it was just throwing hot air. no cooling in the AC. OYO ustomer care no not able to connect. tried several times. waste of money there.

Please avoid. No hot water in the room. Dinner was a total let down, they had run out of paneer, chicken and food was not up to the mark. Better hotels now in Chakan. Been staying here regularly for last 6 years but the service has deteriorated lately.
