Rester Select Hotel - Chakan, Pune

Good place to stay. The rooms are nice and the AC is smooth. The restaurant is available serving veg and non veg. Alcohol is also served. Room service available at no extra cost. Housekeeping is available and the staff are friendly. It's nice and worth staying. It has a big parking space. As it is just on the main road side so you can get cab and auto all the time. Recommended

Poor quality rooms, lift and restaurent. Water in the rest room was smelly. Cleaning not done properly in FRESH room. Restaurent does not serve breakfast. Dinner quality was good. Payment has to be made everyday. Good location.

One of the worst AC hotels where AC remotes are not working to cool the rooms. Even the AC (settings) look worn out. The customer service boast of good AC rooms. They should do a realty check

Bad experience... I have booked suite in this hotel but it has many issues like bad odour in bathroom, bathroom fittings are dirty, no tissue paper provided, AC was not working, no hot water etc.

1. Rooms are having bad odour 2. No toilet paper provided. 3. No shaving kit provided. 4. Bathing towel is turned off condition 5. No cleaning of bed sheet having hairs. 6. Hot water pot is not cleaned and having very bad smell. 7. No hot water for bathing. 8. No proper room service taking about half an hour for each request. 9. No sunlight in room 10. Ventilation fan in bathroom not working. 11. No breakfast given.
