Availed several times to this property to attend the Business trips to Chakan MIDC. Close proximity to the industrial area, but situated at a very lonely place. Recommended for only business travellers. Rooms are worth for price, spacious and clean enough to stay. Foods are delicious but little expensive as per the place. Staffs are well behaved. More or less 3/5.

We were here for 3 days and I have to say I was very much comfortable here. The rooms were pretty clean and so were the washroom. The housekeeping staff and the cleaning crew were pretty efficient in their jobs. I also liked the breakfast spread here.

The room is good, running hot water 24 hours and reasonably spacious. The food is good, The portion is too big so that it is difficult for a person to eat full. Food slightly expensive compared to similar restaurants in the area. There is a bar for those who require a drink!

Hotel food is good at the location of chakan pune. Also, the hotel staff is very helpful and rooms are spacious. Service is need to improve on a some sort. As the bathrooms also need some sort of maintenance. But at all good location for stay if visiting to chalan.

Morning free breakfast is awesome. They have lots of variety in breakfast. Rooms are clean and nice. They don't have basic indian vegetables available most of time.

I reached hotel @01:12 am and Knock the gate for 3 mints but no one opened. Security man is there but he is listening music with ear phones. One of the HK person saw and open the gate. Rooms are average. Bath rooms are getting smell.

Very basic rooms just good for overnight business stays. Generally clean rooms. The bfast buffet had decent food but again very basic with only couple of hot items.

2 star. I room booked through MMT in hotel New leaf, deluxe room as per teriff shown with king size bed but hotel provided, small size deluxe room. I want to extend my stay but hotel staff says you have pay full teriff rs. 2000 per day. which was earlier rs.1700-1800, I request them I will pay half today then half after check out. But staff has denied. you pay 1st and then only we will continue your stay or you check out. Strange behavior, I stayed near about dozens of hotels in alwar, delhi, indore, Dewas, mumbai, mahableshwer, chennai. Didn't face such behavior by hotel staff. Also it says "punne tithe kaay unne" Finally check out from hotel..
