WelcomHeritage Tadoba Vanya Villas Resort & Spa

Service is one of the worst u can ever experience.. It took 4+ hours for the hotel team to clean up the room. (R no: 207) Unprofessionalism is to very next level here. A suggestion to the management: if you are in a service industry hire good experienced staff or better not to start the business. People who are considering this option RETHINK and look for better place.

Worst stay experience ever. This property does not deserve the ITC hotels brand name. We booked 3 studio cottage rooms. Firstly, the golf cart doesnt function properly & their team is highly under staffed so no cart drivers to accomodate all guests. Secondly, we got dirty linens & untidy rooms during check-in (ATTACHED IMAGES). The staff accepts their mistakes & in return laughs. The package was all inclusive of food & they serve the same menu - lunch & dinner on all days. There is absolutely no coordination between the reception, house keepin, spa & other management facilities - highly disappointing & disastrous experience.

We had an excellent stay in ITC Vanya Vilas. The place is great and the service is impeccable. The restaurant and food was top notch. And the hospitality by Rajkumar in the restaurant was next level. He was so approachable and eensured that every guest is well taken care of. Very good stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone without any second thoughts.

Me and my husband stayed here for 3 nights. This is our second visit to Tadoba. In 2022 we stayed here. As others it also changed but no change we look in hospitality and services rather it was improved. Then we went on a safari from here by a rented cab but now they have a personal one which is driven by Mr. Roshan is a very good chauffeur with a very sweet personality and caring also. They have three baggys for guests help. Three personnel drove these named Swayam, Ravi and Ritwik. Every time we called they would come and stand with a smile. In the restaurant we entered and Mr. Rajkumar welcomed us and helped us to choose food and he, Miss Neha, Mr. Sourabh and Hasina brought our choice of dishes to our table. In house keeping Mr. Mangesh made our room too perfect and other as Dhanasri and Krunal also brought our bottled drinking water so many times and our laundry with a smile. But the two ladies who are always standing to welcome us from the start to the end of our stay with a smiling face but I have forgotten their name. Expect they can forgive me for my forgetful nature. The resort is good but the wifi is not working properly...

Fantastic place staff excellent was courteous and very cooperative rooms were good .staff was very prompt, every need was fulfilled in no time, and on the top of it food was excellent,every one made our stay enjoyable .....I recommend this place very strongly!!!!

Nice rooms both of tent and resort, nice service although location is remote and about one kilometre from Tadoba national park. Food is great and staff are very nice .

I liked welcome Heritage Specially all staffs from junior to senior v.polite ,nice,quick service.no restrictions at all nice coach in game zone my son got trained in a hour.only I would love to visit again .I like d front staff specially a lady who given wet face towel tissues v.nice and polite quickly she single who has provide every things my 5 star to a lady Thanks to all and team v .well maintained
