Havelock inn resort gorai

It's OK. Don't expect anything great. Room is big but blankets, towels, toiletries not upto mark. King size bed is made by joining two smaller beds and mattress which is very uncomfortable while sleeping. Morning breakfast is provided around 10am which includes one veg dish (poha) and 1 non veg dish (bhurji pav) along with tea and coffee. I paid 3600 for room with breakfast but one can get similar rooms at lesser price point at this location.

The staff here is very polite and cooperative. Food is Awesome. Room are best

Service is really bad. Staff members don't know how to talk with the guest. And a humble request kindly don't do your reservations on phone because they cancel according to their preferences. I had booked my room through call and once I reach the place they said they gave the room to someone which is very bad and I'm very disappointed. The person who sits in the reception( who is also a manager of the place) deals according to his convenience.

Located near Gorai beach. First floor rooms either have a sea or pool view. The hotel is basically a weekend party place with noisy crowd. Sea view is partial and there is no direct access to the sea beach. The staff is polite, friendly and helpfull. Hotel boasts of a mini swimming pool, room fixtures are basic. Hot water is nonexistent and the mattress are really uncomfortable and needs to be changed. Seafood menu is worth a try.

Very near to the beach , good stay for friends , service was very well , pool is a bit small but the food was above expectations and the best part is owner closes the gate at 12 for safety reasons but a downside if you want to go the beach at night. Overall a good experience for me and my crew mates.
