The Yellow Retreat

A quiet and nice place. Part of the road is under repairs, otherwise nice location.

A very warm and cosy stay.. the rooms were clean and well maintained! The balcony was quite big.. the staff was friendly and the food was excellent.. there's a lot of place around the resort to have a nice leisure walk! The pool was clean. The best part is that is very close to Pune! We had a fantastic time

We went as a group of about ten people for an official meeting at a quaint location. The resort is very good, situated amidst the foothills of Sahyadri in Wai. Being outside of the city limits it's a fantastic place to relax. The food was good too.||But the building which had our rooms ran out of water in the bathrooms!!||Even after telling the resort folks a couple of times since morning they gave false assurances and there was no water till almost 10 am.||There is no coffee facility in early morning, the chef arrives only after 8.30 am or so. At least keep coffee pouches and kettle in room!!

This place is perfect for a weekend getaway w/ friends or your better half. Located in the middle of the mountain, gives you the proper feeling o the Mahabaleshwar. The rooms are tidy and room service is quick and on point just that theres no proper wifi connection here. The food is good at the restaurant and they also have a gaing room and a swimming pool!

The Yellow Retreat is at an amazing location.... Rooms are good and spacious.... All rooms have connected sit out with area, so if you are travelling in a group (like we were) then it is a fantastic place to do a BBQ. Service was great. Swimming poll was amazing. Resort also has a conference room. It's a great place for corporate activities or even of family outings.

Location: Just few km away from Wai city. Located on the small hill with mountains around. Beautiful location.|Rooms: Cozy rooms with lot of space. Balcony attached to every room with nice view of mountains. All the necessary amenities are available in room. |Food: Food and services are ok. Not much options available. |WiFi: Full Wifi range is available in rooms.|Staff behaviors: Staff is friendly, polite and always ready to help.|Many indoor & outdoor game stuff are also available at hotel.|Overall good place to relax.

Serenely beautiful place, easily approachable as it is located few km away from Wai but before the hilly areas start. Developed very nicely to give you nature's real feel. Good for those who want to stay away from Mahabaleshwar's commercial experience. Food is cooked to order and is okay. Mapro and Gandharv are good outside resto locations nearby. Overall a good stay for families who will enjoy privacy and coziness of the place.

So, The Yellow Retreat Resort is one place i would love to stay in again..||Why? Because they have an amazing location! no surroundings to disturb, no hustle of the city area and of course a very helpful staff.||The food in the restaurant is good and the prices are not too high! ||The rooms are pretty big and the bathrooms as well!||||the only thing is if you are traveling to visit Mahabaleshwar or Lonavala this location can take up your whole day to visit and come back to the resort.||but if you really want to have fun and relax this is the best place....||||The drawback of this place is that 3 rooms are connected with the same Balcony which might not be comfortable if you are going alone and only 1 of the 3 rooms is yours. ||||we were comfortable as all the three rooms in the same floor were ours...||||And yes don't forget your sports shoes if you like to trek!!!!||||||happy holiday :D
