Poor Dining Experience & Unprofessional Staff Behavior at Hotel Express Inn Im very disappointment and frustration with my recent dining experience at your hotel. Unfortunately, the service and attitude of your staff, particularly Mr. Prathmesh, were unacceptable When I politely brought my concerns that you should not give very delicate glass bowl with beer which can break very easily to Mr. Prathmesh's attention, he responded was. What you want to do, you do, I don't care. This shocking display of indifference and disrespect left me feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

We enjoyed Sunday brunch at this hotel not sure when they started but its nice to have if you are hungry enough it cost you around 599+taxes which includes everything like 3 course menu from starter to welcome drink. Ambience is awesome and people are very nice. I felt that service is bit slow bcz waiters are little bit new to buffet culture.

We hosted a milestone event for our family in Express Inn's banquet hall - Symphony. Nightmare is an understatement for our experience. The venue is cramped but they'll sell it to you like higher number of people can be accommodated, but it won't and it gets really cramped. Their air conditioning does not work and it is extremely suffocating. They don't have any experience in management and didn't even turn on the AC till guests started walking in, making the banquet a hot box. The venue is not at all well lit, and is really dark. The food was awful too. They lost power and it took forever for the generator to turn on. Terrible Service. Terrible attitude! The manager and his staff didn't take any accountability for how unprepared they were. 0 stars. Will not recommend.
