We have been to their restaurant for a lunch total of 4 people. I have removed 4 stars from my rating for below reason. 1. Poor hygiene. This sole point is enough to reduce rating to 1. We were waiting for our first order to be served and to my surprise a larve fall from above into my plate above. Fortunately the food was not served yet so we could see it. When we raised this issue to the waiter he just took the plate and got new one as if nothing happened. The management was absolutely not concerned about this health hazard. After this we had to request switching our place. 2. When I look at rooftop I found house moth infestation at multiple places. I am sure the larve was one of the unmatured house moth. I showed one of the staff members that larve he was cool about it and just said ok. I was expecting them to be a little more reassuring about the future actions they are planning to take to remove this infestation. 3. The food was avarage test and quantity was also less compared to usual. 4. The waiter was unattentive usually when he used to get food to our table he will just keep it there and go to wait other tables. We have to request multiple time to get food served. Overall I will not visit this place again post this experience.

Staff is not serious about customer satisfaction. They wanna serve and get you out as early as possible. Even not suggesting food quantity and quality. Feels very bad. Sorry but it's true.

Today stayed at this bed and breakfast and had a disappointing experience. The doorbell was not working, and the A/C made a lot of noise. The double room was cramped and lacked proper service. Breakfast was poor and not ready until 8:10 am. The tea was undrinkable, and only one person was available to serve, making the service very slow. The toaster was operated by the server, which added to the delay. On the bright side, their restaurant offered a variety of foods at night, and the taste was good. However, I do not recommend staying here.

We went for dinner here. Place is good. Food was great. Service was great. Ambience is great.

Very very disappointed from manager. Taste was not good as campare to money.menu was Costly.. Order taking more time compare then other hotel. totally waste money. Don't visit if you like food

Despite visiting four times, the restaurant's service time hasn't improved. With only two staff members taking orders, delays persist. While the food quality remains good, the slow service hampers the overall dining experience.

This is an amazing hotel. The interior and vibe of the hotel is great. the staff is very nice. A very good place for dinner or lunch with friends or family. The chicken dishes of that place are very tasty. Chicken is soft and fresh. The quality of food is very good. There are many hotels in Boisar for food but this hotel is the best in food.
