Hotel Sarovar Residency

I stayed for one night on a business tour to Boisar. I took lunch, dinner and breakfast at the hotel. Breakfast was complimentary. The hotel is located at a convenient place which is accessible to all the major industries in the area. For the service part, food ordered for lunch and dinner were served promptly. Bar menu was also diverse. During breakfast, however, it was not all peck and clean. The floor had food crumbs and bits of tissue papers all over. It seemed no proper cleaning was done. Further during checkout, invoice was not provided and it was promised that invoice would be promptly sent via email within two hours (8 hours have passed since then and invoice yet to be received). It is really rare (rather strange) to find a hotel (which is almost fully occupied) that could not even provide the invoice at checkout. I urge other visitors not to fall for that promise.

Very well maintained and hygienic restaurant. Food quality is also very good. You must try indian chicken dishes. Service is good but they need to increase their staff as service gets slower when the crowd increases.

Good morning, Today 19th January 2025 ,I (.Nitiraj Salunkhe)checked out Room Nr 109. Room horrible,service bad.AC cool air with dirty smell and force me to switch off.Fan regulator not efficient & control of regulator not at all working. Toilet mirror- Dressing table Top Lamp not working & faced small cut while shaving. Paying Rs 1450 and getting " No service ". I thought people coming & no worry of business for Hotel management!! Even Restaurant I am not at all satisfied, food quality not good.Service is poor, too much waiting.

I recently stayed at Hotel Sarovar Residency and had a fantastic experience! The staff were warm, welcoming, and extremely helpful. The rooms were clean, spacious, and well-maintained. The food was delicious, you think i might be lying we if read the previous reviews but trust me those were of month ago, they hotel's food has improved and the service was prompt. The hotel's location is also perfect, close to major attractions. Highly recommend

Took them 20 mins to make one simple black coffee in there hotel. The stay rooms are horrible as well. Room service is is terrible, takes 20 mins to bring a bottle of water.

I recently stayed at [Hote sarovar residency] and was blown away by the service. The staff was incredibly attentive and made sure every part of my stay was perfect. The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The location was also convenient for exploring the city. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a luxurious yet affordable stay!

Me with my family went to try non-vegetarian taste, very good to dine and to come with guests for occasions. All the dishes including mutton and fish dishes are of excellent taste.
