Delicious food, best staff, Best service provided. Nice rooms at such low cost

One word to describe this hotel : Disgusting.... it was so dirty that it is not fit for humans to live. And yet they seem to be proud of their hotel. The bedsheets were stained, comforter was dirty, the floor was dirty. I stayed in super deluxe as the Deluxe was even worst. The toilet was also dirty and old. There were cigarette waste thrown in the bathroom sink. The room i was staying it had no phone to contact the reception, no shower head in bathroom, no geyser, no soap or handwash, no balcony, and the list goes on... also their was powercut the whole day. They turned on the generator but with it you can only use fan and lights.. not the ac. So despite booking super deluxe and paying a hefty fee, i couldn't even use AC. This was the worst hotel i ever lived in and it was super disgusting and yet the hotel employees did not give me any discount even when I checked in after midnight and left early morning.

The dinner experience was quite nice. Service was quick enough and staff took our inputs regarding the taste and spice and prepared the dishes accordingly. Overall, a good experience!

I came here for a business visit..the hotel is okay, the owner and staff are nice... Can stay for a smaller period, considering you are at bhusaval and there are not many choices over here...

Hotel and rooms are ok but place is not good

I like the food or staff much in this place. It's has a pure vegetarian / non vegetarian kitchen with delivery . options from nearby restaurants for nonveg food in case you want. Breakfast is basic. Rooms are good sized. However, I stayed twice and both times I have a good experience with the service staff with om Prakash .

Perfect location, close to major attractions, A true home away from home. I was impressed with the level of comfort and attention to detail. My stay was perfect
