Collection O Orchard Resort

Despite having a confirm booking from Oyo team. I was denied entry. I tried to reach oyo customer care but since it was late at 11pm night (21st dec 2024) the customer service team couldn't reach the owner, hence conveyed me to take a refund and move on with another booking partner. Hotel manager asked me to pay extra 500 cash as a bribe, he was probably drunk. In this manner all my trouble would have been solved. I was travelling with my wife and son who is 18 months old. No apology received from either side. Worst experience ever.

My first visit was almost a year ago. It was okay then. Yesterday's was second. The place has deteriorated significantly beyond anybody's imagination. Swimming pool is full of garbage and dead insects. Water in pool is inadequate too. The place is in shambles. It lacks cleanliness and maintenance. The staff are least bothered and one needs to demand for service. The rooms are infested with frogs and insects. Some rooms have broken doors. The bathrooms smell and some of them don't even have water supply. It will be an unpardonable sin visiting here with family. There are no words to describe how ugly this place has become.

1) They take time to allot a room for you even though you have a pre-paid booking. Until then you have to wait at the reception with your luggage. 2) Rooms are not hygienic/clean. You may get ugly bedsheets and comforters. Even though you call multiple times to change them, they won't respond. 3) Even though If you paid for a room with 3 adults, one should be sleeping on the floor. Because they are not going to provide any extra mattress. 4) You may also get a room with open window with no curtain to disturb your privacy. I have never seen such a wonderful facility at any hotel in my entire life. People will be clearly visible from outside. 5) For any help, you can contact them. But you will never get any response. I have called them multiple time for an issue with lock and key. They didn't even come and check. I would have given ZERO rating if Google allow me, I had a worst experience with this stay and the worst staff who doesn't even respond for any problem. Attached the images for reference.

We had planned for the weekend night stay at this resort. The place is located in a very deserted area which is completely not safe at night. The rooms were also not up to the mark.. water supply was not proper. The staff was less due to which it was maintained properly. Not recommended for couples.

This is a fraud resort. They give ordered food from outside and the surrounding is so terrifying and horrifying. It looks like we are living in graveyard. This is not a resort in working condition. The water is so dirty and the indoor games are not like they show in pictures. No one lives there in there and drunken people live there. Very bad experience don't go. Looks like some haunted shadow lives there.

This resort is located on Satara-Pune highway with nearest landmark being a Reliance Petrol pump. We were a group of 20 people & stayed for a day during a weekend in suit rooms located in the building near to their swimming pool. I feel these rooms are better than their regular rooms. The suit rooms were nice but need a good maintainable. The bed linen in our room had a big stain from inside which was changed we brought it to their notice. We stayed on ground floor rooms & there was some problem with the water geyser in the room as we couldn't get any hot water during our entire stay. So I feel these things will have to be looked into by the management. The resort has many activities for kids like a toy train, waterslides in swimming pool which were good. The restaurant was decent too with good food quality & taste. Overall we had a good stay & I would recommend it for short stay especially you are in a group.

*Froad owner and Reception staff* *showing false images online and providing worst rooms for customers* I booked room online with breakfast plan looking at those images. first they refused to give complementry breakfast which was there in my plan saying you paid less. Staff insulted me by showing "Itne paise main itnaich milega" wala attitude. "we have rooms with double the amount. koi compliant nahi karta.!" They will force you to live in that worst room with fungus all over on bed on walls. uncleaned toilets. When I refused to checkin they were not ready to give me my hard earned money back. wasted my time, my mood, my petrol to drive to this froad hotel 50kms away.. they treat people with online bookings like beggers. shameless staff and owner. Will not reccomend to anyone.

Swimming pool had no support rods to get inside the pool. They were kept near the pool waiting to be installed.arger rides were not working. The smaller ones had nails by the sides hurting kids. Changing rooms are not functional. Seating by the pool side is of poor quality.|The much publicized mango orchard are 10 trees in a small patch of land.|Restaurant had broken furniture, poor air-conditioning. The access to kitchen from the restaurant looked shabby - speaks of the hygiene kept inside the kitchen.|Kids rides - no employee to man the electromechanical switches to turn on and off the rides - parents managing it at their own will with considerable risk. ||The kids rides had a fuse blown while we were using the rides. ||Food is average - not sure whether it was purposefully made super spicy - resort offers unlimited buffet food as part of the package. ||Buffet had poor variety - just vanilla ice cream in the name of desserts. ||It is one of the most pathetic resorts I have ever visited with friends and family. |
