Deorai Farms & Agro Resort

Overall it was very nice experience at Deorai Farms. The location is very nice. Far away from commercial places, yet very close to Satara Highway. The food quality is great. The service is very humble, prompt and very homely. Many things to enjoy, games, swimming, walk, trek etc. This is the perfect destination for family get-togethers and reunions.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Devrai Farms Agro Tourism, and it was a delightful experience overall. The ambience is simple yet very homely, creating a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. While not overly fancy, the rustic charm of the place adds to its appeal. The highlight of our stay was undoubtedly the food--fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Coupled with excellent service, the meals left us thoroughly satisfied. The staff's hospitality truly enhanced the experience, making us feel welcome and cared for. While the swimming pool was closed, we understand that the current season isn't ideal for swimming, so it didn't affect our experience much. Suggestions for improvement: 1. Internal Roads and Greenery: The internal roads and plants could use better maintenance to elevate the overall aesthetic and ease of movement. 2. Reception Area: First impressions matter, and upgrading the reception area would add a warm, welcoming touch to the property. 3. Washrooms: Equipping the washrooms with modern amenities would greatly enhance guest comfort. 4. Dome Stay: The entrance door of the dome we stayed in had a hole, which could make it unsafe by allowing insects or small animals to enter. Addressing this issue will ensure a more secure and comfortable stay. 5. Toiletries: Upgrading the quality of toiletries would add a touch of luxury to the otherwise charming experience Overall, Devrai Farms is a wonderful destination for those seeking a homely, peaceful getaway with excellent food and warm service. With a few upgrades, it has the potential to be an even more exceptional place for agro-tourism. Looking forward to visiting again!

We have visited Devrai farms and agro resort on 9/11/24. I have talked with the owner on phone. I have checked on website that there is a swimming pool...but Owner haven't inform us that pool was closed...he neither told us that pool was opened or closed..and he expected that 'we should know that pool was closed'...When we have checked into the room then manager told us that pool was not in use...and my child wanted to go to only that resort in which swimming pool aminity should available...big disappointment.. 3 times we have told cook that please make tea without sugar but she served normal tea with sugar...I have came with my parents and both are diabetic patients...owner told me that you should give them simple instructions only then cook will understand easily...is 'make tea without sugar' is difficult instruction for cook? And strange thing was there was a 'feedback notebook' for customers for giving feedback but when I tried to give feedback directly to the owner over phone he was not even interested to listen... In the room, there was 3 towels but we haven't used as we have our own towels...when we leaved room I have asked manager whether those towels were cleaned or not..then he told us that he don't know about those towels and he told us that resort doesn't provide towels...then I told him that we haven't used those towels but instead of us any other family came and used that towel and then you have told them that those towels resort haven't provide what will they do? It's very unhygienic... Overall, Very arrogent owner, no aminities, waste of money as we have paid 6400rs for 3 adult and one child who is 5 years old (after so many arguments..owner gave us 400 discount )...food was ok..very limited option for food...resort area not at all well maintained...there are many other good resorts available in this price...please try those resorts... The good point is 1. alcohol and non-veg is not allowed. 2. cook and his family : very good,friendly and polite and manager is also good and polite. 3. Greenery is good.

The very first impression of this place was a huge turn off. We were a family of four visited on Dec 2023. The owner will not talk to you. The person over phone was rude. Only staff available on site is the house keeping staff and cook. The overall place is filthy and needs maintenance. The indoor games were broken and worn out. They charged 6500 and took 2000 as advance and we left the place within 30 min disappointed. Rooms are okay but overall ambience of the place was negative. Jungle trek is a joke and they offered us a climb on a nearby hill. They offered us vada pav, kanda bhajji, masale bhaat and kadi - come on one doesn't pay this huge amount for this. ||Do not waste your time and hard earned money here. There are better options around Pune.

Food served was not hot and not sufficient and not tasty. They should prepare food at least as per no of people.

Asked for an enquiry and the owner had issues with me saying the word Bombay but was happy swearing back at me. Wah re public. You want to teach people what they should say and if it's not as per your idea you can use bad words. Talks a lot about your ideology. I am glad I did not bother booking at your place.

An amazing place for family stay. The property is so well maintained and developed. It has huge gardens, farms, swimming pool, recreation area and lot of fun to spend some quality time. The staff here is so helpful and friendly. The best part is the food which was also served with love. Must visit and recommended for 1 or 2 days stay with family and friends. The weather was very pleasant and the place is so clean and properly managed. Also it's very affordable. Loved it

Booked at 8pm and reached at 9.30 pm. They were waiting for us. Served nice simple dinner and then in the room, just near the dinning area. Next morning saw all the resort area. Has many cottages named after the forts in Maharashtra. Many sit outs and swings available. Some area reserved for farming. Swimming pool, Machan, rain dance, cricket etc available. children play area available. Also venture area on the mountain . It's really scenic and pristine. Breakfast was batata Vada poha , was ok. Lunch was heavy and tasty. Had to skip the dinner. Staff is helpful and friendly. Farmers from around, work for you. One star less as non veg is strictly prohibited. I love nonveg so. Other wise 5star from vegetarian point of view. Worth visiting again and recommend.
