The person at the reception was extremely arrogant and rude, with no sense of hospitality or empathy I would not recommend this place to anyone especially families. Poor customer service and lack of professionalism

Nice hotel and service
It is the only good n best option to have tasteful food with good service at bhoom town...here you can have varities of North Indian and Punjabi food also Chinese items...it is only decent place at bhoom for quality seekers... they also got there lodging for stay at bhoom....and theirs rooms too are very decent and pretty good for stays!!!
It has restorant and it is very expensive . Price hiked by twice. Not cost effective. Derty water , and no washroom .
