Anand Hills Resort

Beautiful experience at the resort. Hygienic staff, clean rooms, all appliances working properly. Food was delicious. Evening ambience is awesome. Surely you can book this resort without any second thought if you are planing for a weekend or weekday gateway and relaxing from daily schedule. Accessibility is really great. Just 1.5 hrs away from Mumbai.

Property is well maintained, near by Karjat railway station. Rooms were clean but ok. There were only two towels kept when we were 20 odd people. Towels were also not of good quality, were unable dry the skin and hair. Washrooms were clean. Swimming pool was also clean Food was also OK. Staff was supportive.

Visited for the first time at Anand hills resort. We were 23 people on total and everyone enjoyed alot here. The rooms were very much clean and spacious. The food provided was tasty. The spice in the food was proper and wasnt too much oily. Unnecessary food colours werent used while cooking which is main thing what I liked. Everything served was hot and tempting. The staff was very friendly and open to all the suggestions. The owner Mr Anand sir is very polite and calm. He asked me regarding the people coming and planned everything accordingly. He also helped us for getting the transport services from Karjat station till his resort. Highly recommended for quality time and peace of mind.

We came here for team outing around 21 people... location seems to be okay but place is very tiny to accommodate 10+ people. Small pool and lawn area for games. Recommendations would be avoid going to this place because 1. In same price (1800-2100) you will get good resort near by 2. Food service is pathetic 3. Late services 4. Owner/supervisor will wait for final amount to pay post that he will not response for any kind of service you need arrange at your own, we requested ice he committed to give us but post taking final amount he left hence disappointed 5. Extra bed provided without bedsheets 6. Only 2 toilet / washroom for two big rooms again we have to accommodate for 21 people 7. One of the toilet seat broken and removed... we expect owner to fix this before handing over us but it was not done. 8. Found insect in rice , so be careful while having food 9. Found mosquitos in poha OVER ALL WE ARE DISAPPOINTED

Visited this stay on weekend. Very beautiful location. There are two rooms with a capacity of around 20 persons and the rooms are quite spacious. There is huge outdoor dining area and a pool. The garden area could be a little bit better but still good enough. The food is amazing.

I recently stayed at Anand Hills Resort and had a fantastic experience. The package included all four meals for just 1800.
