The Fern Residency, Bhiwandi-Pimplas

Recently we had a wonderful stay at Fern Residency in Bhiwandi. Mrs. Namrata and Ms. Maria made our stay very comfortable. Also the rooftop restaurant is a must try, food and overall service is remarkable. The rooms are very spacious and clean. Good amenities, good food and ambience. Kudos to Shiva, the housekeeping staff at Fern residency for his outstanding service! He's prompt, honest, reliable, and truly dedicated to his work. We were thoroughly impressed by his good character.

We visited roof top restaurant Kanyshka. Ambience is very good. The food we ordered were also tasty from Fries to Egyptian, Iranian and Turkish chicken. Veg food is also good with Humus is a must try. Highly Recommend Hazlenut Treslechis. Menu is easy on the pocket. Service is also prompt.

The Fern Residency has good infrastructure and well-designed rooms, which initially gave a promising impression. However, it falls short when it comes to handling large-scale events like weddings. The hotel seems ill-equipped for managing the logistics and guest needs during such occasions. Some rooms required maintenance, and the staff strength was noticeably limited. Most requests for assistance were met with negative responses, and there was no dedicated staff to help with luggage, which was quite inconvenient. Housekeeping services were also understaffed, affecting overall comfort. That said, a few staff members stood out for their helpfulness--special mention to Sachin Natkar, Nyimang Chisola, and Rachel pamksang, who made an effort to assist whenever possible. Overall, while the hotel may work for a short stay or business trip, I would not recommend it for hosting or attending large events unless improvements are made in staffing and service quality.

We had a staff event at hotel banquet hall. The service provided by the staff during an event was amazing which lead by Manager Sachin Nadkar. Food was tasty with so many veriety offered. |Thanks to the hotel service staff for their timely execution.

How| It's fairly good for this out of the way location. Rooms and bathrooms are a nice size. Breakfast which is included is average. Service could be better as front desk and room service don't answer the telephone. Also wish they would replenish the coffee and teas in the room daily. All in all it's fairly good for this location and convenient if you have business in the area because traffic is horrendous.

I recently visited the swimming pool on April 6th, 2025, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The chlorine levels in the pool were excessively high, to the point where it caused a burning sensation in my eyes, making it impossible to swim comfortably. I informed the staff about the issue, but was met with an unsatisfactory response. They mentioned that the previous guest hadn't complained, which seemed dismissive of my concern. When I asked if my complaint was a problem or if they would be willing to test the water, the staff did not seem interested in addressing the issue. This interaction felt unprofessional and left me with a negative impression of the service provided. Given the potential health risks associated with improper chlorine levels, I hope the management takes this matter seriously and ensures that the pool water is regularly tested and properly balanced. I also suggest that staff be better trained in handling guest complaints in a more empathetic and professional manner. While the facility has potential, this experience was disappointing and needs improvement.

It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great ambiance. Very helpful and kind staff specially Mr.Atif Waghu, was a gem of person who was very polite and kind. To be honest I never had meet such a charming yet professional person ever. The food was awesome. Loved my stay at fern hotels bhiwandi.

Well Organized and memorable moments. The Food Service was impressive with good catering , staff was very courteous , attentive and maintained a smooth flow throughout the event .|Special mention of team of Atif Waghu and Sachin Natkar for all their support.
