Hotel Vatika - Bhiwandi

My stay at Vatika was amazing. The room was luxurious and spacious with comfortable bed that ensured a restful night's sleep. My all over experience is too good in this hotel . This hotel provides room in affordable rate.

I had a great stay at Hotel Vatika in Bhiwandi. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and equipped with all modern amenities. The staff was friendly and the food, especially the biryani, was delicious. I highly recommend it for a peaceful and convenient stay.

I wanted to book hall for function, but manager was not at all friendly. They should learn to how to work in hospitality business.

What should I say about this place!! Word pathetic is too small for this hotel.. Night shift staff sleeps at work.. during checkout I have to personally go and wake up the staff so that I can pay the bill!!! When asked for fresh towel, they gave excuse that we don't have enough staff... They don't even have an extra key for rooms!!! While checking out, I left my keys in room and door got locked, staff called me and asked me to pay extra because they have to make new key... Disgusting place!!!

The room was filthy, it stunk, the door lock was broken, and there was no hot water. I stayed for five nights, and even after I asked them to clean the room, they never did. I had to use the same towel and sleep on the same linen the whole time. It was disgusting! l've never seen a hotel so unhygienic. It was like living in a pothole.
