HOTEL UTSAV

There charges is too hight and the timing giving only 3 hours , and staff behaviour is very bad , asking high money every time

I will give this hotel negative rating. Because we were with our team and this hotel staff was talking very rudely. The room rent we decided before check in was revised on next day and they charged us more. We have paid them asked amount.but we are very unhappy about this experience. We stay at various hotels at various locations but we haven't got such experience from any hotel.

This property has secure parking, take only AC rooms, to avoid mosquitos, go directly to hotel to get better deals, the staff is very very cooperative. Lunch Dinner available but for early morning Tea just go for a walk near bye pass road (100mtrs) get branded tea. Look for a bakery behind weighbridge to get sweet buns at cheap rates(very hot). Budget friendly, ac room is good

Not good hotel for stay. It's worst hotel. Staffis not cooperative. TV not working good. Toilet bathroom not good. Hotel didn't provide drinking water therefore u hv to purchase Bislerifrom them. No hot water. Overall its to worst experience.

very bad experience. we taken room with AC but light was gone. whole night we sleep without AC. we asked but they said you taken AC room. we can not do anything for you.

The hotel is really nice and comfortable...the stafff of this hotel is also gud...The food was also pretty good...Paneer chilli of this hotel is excellent....thnk u for make my day...do gud job in future also

Is good but it's okay for short time period Not 24/7 check in time & out 24 hours rate is higher

Fantastic Hotel. All staff and other persons were co-operative and polite. Decency has been maintained by the staff. Value for Money.
