RK Residency Hotel In Kalyan

Bad, horrible. There was a fire inside the hotel around 4-5am, staff was totally neglecting it. Neither they informed fire brigade nor the owner of the propoerty came. They even not bothered to evacuate smoke filled rooms in which guests were sleeping. It could have been worsen if one of my colleagues hadn't woken up.

Really disgusting , service is very late. We are going with our family but they didn't listen and make noise with loud music. Really irritating and disgusting. These are non sense thing.

Worst service..i have order a cheese sandwich parcel and they give me simple sandwich and when i return it they just apply cheese over and said we make fresh. No full menu. No body there to attend. Nothing. High price waste money

Rooms are clean. Nice ambiance okok parking food is good, service is okok, limited breakfast options, better to have it at other places.
