SaffronStays Casa Manga, Karjat

We had such a wonderful stay at Casa Manga. The entire team (Pandu, Balu, Lal, Paswan, Prakash) was so welcoming and helpful. The food was lip smacking, absolutely delicious. They even catered to our request for some changes to the food to help with the medical needs of a family member. The place is done truly well, its properly fenced, which helped us leave our dog off leash with no worries. The pool was quite huge. They even generously allowed us to take home some mangoes that fell off their trees. All of us had an amazing experience. If you're looking to reconnect with nature and spend quality time with your friends/family, this is the place for you.

We went here as 3 couples and a 5 years old child to celebrate 2 milestone birthdays in our family. I must say I was super impressed with the place. It checks all boxes for a quick and peaceful family getaway close to Mumbai and Pune. The place is designed very functionally and with good minimalistic aesthetic and is perfect for a 1 night stay. If you want to relax and unwind and get away from hectic city life then even 2 nights here would be great. I think the idea with the design of the place is to be together most times in the common areas - pool, gazebo, dining and drawing room type of area collectively and just go to the rooms to sleep. The rooms are in sets of 2 + 2 bedrooms located near each other but still offering some privacy. They aren't very big but not small either, bath fittings and toiletries are of a good quality. The pool is nice, good sized and clean with an open air gazebo next to it where you can have drinks, chill and spend hours. Same for indoor drawing if you want to be in air con. They have a lawn where we played a bit of football and badminton. (You can play mini cricket too perhaps) The place has lots of trees - Chiku, Guava, mango, jackfruit .. and they also have a vegetable garden (nothing huge or very fancy, but still nice to see) where they grow spinach, cauliflower, cabbage and few other things. My 5 year old loved it! Now the best part - the food! The options they give you and quantity are more than enough for hearty eaters. The food quality will even beat 5 star hotels - both veg and non veg items. (And we've stayed at some of the best hotels domestically and internationally to say this). We didn't opt for the barbecue option, but it was fine for us. The service was good and there was sufficient staffing. Very very good experience. We will surely revisit.

The stay in Kasam Manga is awesome and the nature and ambience of the hotel are the Villa is best of best no need to go in Kerala or Goa if you want to relax in your life then please visit kasa Manga in Karjat and Pandu who is caretaker here is best of the best care taker in the world

The place is pretty, rooms are decent and the service is exceptional. Did not expect the food to be so tasty and the service to be so good. All meals including snacks were very tasty. Loved the barbecue. The staff was responsive and prompt to requests made by us. My grandmother was in a wheelchair so they helped carry her everywhere! Do visit with your pet, it will be enjoyable.

Went there with family and friends.. Property is quite and safe, however usable area on property is moderate... Pool is nice with a gazebo on its side . Dining area is the only common and covered area and it can accomodate around 10-12 people at maxx. Food served was good, though you get limited options to choose from. But that's manageable in my opinion. Rooms - Bit disappointed with the rooms in terms of size. They are very small, if not tiny. Bathrooms are fitted with storage type Geyser with 3-5 lit capacity. So after 15 minutes of heating you will get 5 lit of hot water. And then you need to wait 15 mins again to get next 5 lits. Rooms and linens were clean and neat. After exorbitant tarrif, you will be charged for use of Diesel Generator in case of power failures.. Overall - Experiance was good but not in line with the tarrif being charged by Saffron Stays. You will get much lux stays and bigger and nicer properties with scenic views within the similar price range.

The experience was average. Rooms are pretty average for the cost. Main course and breakfast was good. Starters were average.. at the end of stay we got a call from Saffron Stays Manager asking for extra money for generator diesel which as per him was run for 7 hours due to power cut. Beware of this trick guys and check the generator running hours at the start of your stay. The lawn and pool are the only positive takeaways.. barbecue area was closed since it was raining and there's no shed for it. All in all an average place. Not worth the expensive price!!

The property manager Dinesh and all the staff were good and supportive , and the food was excellent..... really enjoyed it a lot.
