Campistaan (Karjat)

Our visit to the campsite was definitely worthwhile. The accommodations were comfortable, with a cozy mattress and a ventilator provided. The washrooms were well-maintained, which was a big plus. Activities like kayaking were incredibly enjoyable, and the swimming pool was clean and inviting. The small group size of only 20 people made the experience pleasant and usually crowded places is often a drawback at camps. We also had a great time interacting with the friendly dogs on site, who were safely caged. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of options. However, the dinner didn't quite live up to the same standard, earning a rating of 2/5 from me. On the other hand, the BBQ was excellent, especially considering the package deal. Unfortunately, there were a couple of disappointments. The waste management was extremely poor, which was concerning. Additionally, despite being promised live music, it was not provided, which was a letdown. Overall, the experience had its highs and lows, but the positives made it a memorable trip. Incase anyone wants to live the more or less the same experience you should visit the place in late January where the weather is pleasant not too cold not too hot with less crowd.

The atmosphere at night is amazing, temperatures go low and it's nice and chilled. You can do kayaking but that's it rest of the activities like bow and arrow even darts are not maintained, you can see broken bows lying on ground. In my opinion the place needs a renovation, considering how many people visit them.

Location is nice , but the room quality & food was average as per the cost. Shweta Mam was helpful in coordinating & replying back. Kayaking & location was best part. Not much left in indoor games, but we played, enjoyed badminton & cricket. Swimming pool was functional.bbq was not that great. Staff was helpful.

An Amazing Blend of Comfort and Adventure at Campistaan! My friends and I stayed at Campistaan in JAN 2025, and it was an experience to remember! The glamping tents were spacious and impeccably clean, with all the modern amenities while still giving us a cozy, outdoor feel. The staff were incredibly hospitable, especially chef Mr. Morya, he ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. The highlight for us was the range of activities--bonfires under the stars, and delicious barbecue evenings. My kayaking experience at Campistaan was nothing short of incredible! If you visit Campistaan, kayaking is an absolute must-try activity. It's not just an adventure--it's an experience that stays with you long after you leave. I'd highly recommend Campistaan for families and groups looking for a mix of relaxation and adventure. We'll definitely be back for another stay!"

Wonderful place. Had gone for the new years eve. The snacks, dinner & breakfast were good. Inspite of so much crowd, the event was well managed. DJ was superb. The lake view is quite scenic

Loved the experience.Had a great weekend with my friends The property was very well maintained and the hosts were very friendly and accomodating. The food is the highlight, highly recommend it.
