Sai Bhakth Resort

Worst place. No attendent.No room service, even drinking water not provided. Rooms are not cleaned. Soap, towels not Provided. I will not recommend this to anyone. It's not a resort and not even a homestay.

It's a stand-alone 3 floor building right on the beach. Rooms are very tiny. Even if you book terrace rooms, other guests will also access the terrace, and you will not have privacy. And they charge extra for terrace rooms, which doesn't make any sense. Property is NOT well maintained. Garbage and dust all around. Host/care taker family is very friendly and very helpful. Food prepared at the property is delicious. But overall, I will not recommend it for family.

Sea front, well appointed rooms, open terrace and a beautiful view. The only thing I can think here is that people are trying to keep this resort a secret. Do not miss out if you head out to Ratnagiri. We stayed in a sea front room, beautifully appointed, very comfortable bed. There is this beautiful dam located very close to the resort, market places, aquarium and lots more. Had a wonderful experience and a very homely stay. Looking so forward to going back..

I stayed at this resort on 14 Apr 22 with family with a package @800/per head (includes pure veg dinner/breakfast/accommodation). There was only a lady looking after the same, she said all others had gone to see one of their family members who met with an accident. The place is exactly beside the sea, the view is great. But the sea isn't clean and dangerous. The terrace is the only place where u can have some fun. Toilets were not cleaned. There was no water in toilet. Food served was NOT so good. There was only upma/poha for breakfast which we refused. Surroundings are also not so clean. Towels and soaps were given only when requested several times. We two families were given 2 water bottles in our entire stay and that was charged. We had to buy the bottles from nearby shops. Only OK for bachelors to have booze and enjoy because, after that they don't actually realise the taste. I don't suggest it for families. I won't visit here again.

One of the bad property I have ever experience d. No service, No water. Caretaker is big fraud. Not worth for anyone. Don't waist your money and stay in the property. This is not resort. In the morning you can see may of the villagers do toilet openly in front of the home stay.

Me and 4 of my friends just planned to visit Ratnagiri while surfing we got to know about this place and i must say it is known for the best view from the room. The rates are reasonable if you are looking a place like if you are a nature kind of person then you must surely go here It's super peace over here. The place is bit inside from the city life but it's worth visiting also they have 2 terrace available where you can just party and have fun.

First thing it's not a resort. It's an single building near sea. I cancel booking at midnight after visiting this building and move to better hotel. Don't go there just considering seaface, you will get sea at multiple points in Ratnagiri. All photos are old current situation not good and unclean. Very costly, You might get better hotel in ratnagiri with that price. Not recommend at all.
