I've been staying at Emerald Vista every month for my business trips, and it consistently delivers a great experience. The staff is always courteous and professional, making check-in and check-out smooth and efficient. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained -- perfect for unwinding after a long day of meetings. I appreciate the reliable Wi-Fi and quiet environment, which help me stay productive during my stay. The location is also very convenient, with easy access to nearby restaurants and transportation. Overall, Emerald Vista has become my go-to hotel for business travel -- dependable, comfortable, and welcoming every time. Highly recommended for both business and leisure travelers!

I chose this place for a business trip, and I must say, the cleanliness, housekeeping, and staff service were impressive. However, there are several areas where improvements are necessary regarding the services offered. For instance, the pricing is not low enough to justify the lack of basic amenities like dental kits and complimentary water bottles. They do provide two half-liter bottles on the first day, but after that, you have to pay for any additional ones. It's quite common for hotels and service apartments to include a dental kit, yet here, it comes with an extra charge. When you ask for your room to be cleaned, they inform you that it can only be done after 5 PM, which isn't ideal since that's when many guests return from work. Regarding extra charges, I understand that guests can't stay in the rooms. However, the front desk doesn't allow them to stay in the room for even an hour or two, and they impose additional fees for that too. As for the breakfast included with the stay, it didn't meet expectations. They promised a main dish each day along with staples like poha, bread, and omelets. However, during my ten-day stay, the main dishes were often limited to bread sandwiches and parota, with poha being served only occasionally, and sometimes not at all. They insist on adhering to their policy, but it seems they have fallen short in delivering a satisfactory breakfast experience. Additionally, breakfast cannot be delivered to your room; you must go to the restaurant and wait at least 15 minutes. Despite these disappointments, I have to acknowledge that my overall stay was quite pleasant, thanks to the helpful staff who assisted with parcel deliveries and the excellent housekeeping team. I hope they consider the suggestions mentioned above and enhance their service to ensure a wonderful experience for their guests.

Though property is good but service not good. 1. Price always changes. Front desk bargain it in cheap ways. 2. They don't give complimentary breakfast. 3. They will charge for everything. 4. For visitors also They charge 1000 each.. 5. For room cleaning request, They say after 5 pm only. So u have to do it by yourself til that time. 6. One of the best property with cheap management I ever seen. So be cautious before enter.

One of the best places i have been too. Staff is respectful, cleaning is top notch. Room is spacious and very good prices too. 24/7 hot water. Overall an amazing place if u want to stay for a long period.

This is good property for comfortable stay in a reasonable price. Though the option of food is quite limited, but the quality is very good. Service is nice. Rooms are fantastic.
