Ivy Maitri Farm

Had an amazing stay! The Villa is incredible, What a beautiful place--the perfect spot for a "do-nothing" holiday, with fantastic staff to assist with every need. It's the perfect place to spend quality time with those you love and friends. A heartfelt thank you to the staff for your kindness!

This villa is huge , it's best for big group it's has a big hall plus double bed in all bed room plus it has a kids playing area loved it our group enjoyed a lot

Very spacious place, through it has just 3 bedrooms. With both the halls the place is big enough to accommodate 15-20 people The bathrooms were clean The dining area and kitchen was spacious again Also has a small garden incase you have kids The only thing missing is the food. We had to order it from outside U can cook if you want they have necessary utensils but for 1 day it's better to get the food from the facility

The worst place ever stayed in. It's was a waste of money. Unhygienic rooms. AC does not work. Dirty bed sheets n pillow covers. No curtains. Broken ceeling. Suggestion to all not to waste ur time n money staying at this property.

The care Taker Parshuram Ji is gem of a person. The 3 BHK Villa is spacious, with a well maintained swimming pool along side a smaller one. Also, there's a restaurant on the right side as you enter the village they serve good food also delivers. You have utensils just in case you want to prepare snacks They have a play area for children, Lots of plants and tress, make you feel far away place in peace Gazebo for adults to sit and Chill. Huge villa with huge pool. Had Kids play area, big sit out area, 2 huge halls to party. Its a great place for groups. Villa is well maintained and found clean . Caretaker is also very helpful and polite.

Ivy Maitri Farm in Badlapur exceeded our expectations as a fantastic venue for a one-day excursion with a small group. The property boasts three air-conditioned bedrooms with spacious bathrooms, a large kitchen, first and second-floor halls, a delightful swimming pool, a music system, WiFi, a smart TV, and a water purifier and fridge. Additionally, there's a spacious garden play area and a breathtaking mountain view from the terrace. Despite our initial concerns about the conditions, the place turned out to be impeccably clean. The manager was also remarkably supportive throughout our stay. To add to the convenience, you can easily order from Zomato. The location is accessible, with a mere 20-minute auto ride (costing around 50 rupees) from Badlapur East station. What more could you ask for? Thank you, and I eagerly look forward to visiting again.
