OYO Hotel Karemore Celebration

Good hotel with reasonable price, staff are well behaved. Location is good for road traveller. Food is not available at hotel but near by hotels are there within a km.

Is it possible to leave a 0 star? Even that would be lavishly more than what this hotel deserves. They have a policy of not acknowledging the online booking. I got a confirmed booking for 500/- but at the hotel they did not accept that. Had to pay 1500/- at the hotel. Over that, they do not inform you about their Guest Guideline Policy and would extort at least 1000/- on one context or other. Absolute No No for this hotel.

Oyo pretends to care about these reviews but simply does nothing. Very badly maintained hotel on a noisy national highway and NO room service. Rates are not as advertised on Oyo or Booking. They demanded 3 times the rate advertised. Unfortunately not too many choices in that area near Thana area. Bhandara is too far.

Property is good Washroom was clean and has geyser in working condition. They have parking space, I would recommend to call the property and get confirmation about it as Oyo/ booking.com mentions - No parking for this property. No kitchen available. But, within 500m is a good restaurant(The Flavours) which delivers to the room. You can get the menu from hotel reception. Or, you may chose to directly go there. They sanitized the door knobs,chair and side table in front of me. Though they confirmed that bedsheets were replaced, looking at the bedsheets, I doubt. The blanket cover was dirty; dirty part was folded in.

I visited there almost 4times this month. I am very happy every time with their taste of food, service & atmosphere. A good place for friends & family party plz try

It is not a hotel first of all . It is a marriage hall with few rooms included. The room design and basic amenities are very normal . No any furnitures or anything. There are no staff for room service. There is no restaurant for food . However the Desk Staff was very polite and helpful, i have given two ratings only for him . Not at all good for family. I had pre paid two days booking and done the payment that is what got stuck in this hotel.

Please don't visit this they are all scammer. We have booked through Agoda and upon reaching there they denied booking and charged extra money. Basically they scam you saying they don't take booking online. And upon complaining to Agoda helpdesk manager lied to the service provider for not charging us extra.

Charge double rate as show online. Hotel manager ask for extra money.this is very poor quality hotel please don't stay even one minute here . Room service is zero .don't go
