Srushti Agri Tourism Resort

I stayed at Srushti Agri Tourism resort on occasion of the famous Bagaad yatra of Bavdhan. The location is beautiful and serene. Rooms were clean and Food was homemade and tasty. The family was courteous and helped me through attending the Bagaad Yatra as it was my first time and I was solo. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay at Srushti Eco Resort in Wai. The rooms were neat, clean, and well-maintained. The resort is nestled in the lap of nature, surrounded by lush greenery, offering a serene and peaceful atmosphere. What we loved most was the opportunity to enjoy farm-fresh vegetables, delicious homemade food, bird watching, and even some farming activities. It's a perfect getaway for anyone looking to relax and rejuvenate. The room rates are also very affordable and budget-friendly, making it an excellent choice for families or solo travelers. Highly recommended for a calm and nature-filled experience!

A best place to spend quality time with nature. Whenever I need to be charged i choose Srushti Farm, Bawdhan, Wai. Food, service also good.

Stayed with family from 06.11.16 to 08.11.16. Booked in advance based on Trip Advisor reviews. Had very nice experience. ||Location of the resort Shrushti Agro is slightly inside the main road approx. 2 kms. So no traffic nuisance at all ! Resort is just at the base of mountain. You get a serene look of the huge mountain once you just step out of the room. Stayed in room no. 3. Very basic room. No frills but very clean & quite spacious.||Resort is run by old couple Mr. Pisal. Very decent couple and show lot of hospitality. We relished home made tasty breakfast & dinner, which you won't get in a luxurious star hotel of Mahabaleshwar. Mahabalshwar is just 45 min drive & Dhom dam boating spot is just 15 min away. Enjoyed boating, very clean water, less crowded. ||Very nearby get away destination from Pune with drive less than 2 hours only.

This is the first time I am actually adding a review for a place ... as against always using TripAdvisor to read reviews of other places ... and Srushti is possibly the best candidate for me to begin. I visited the place back in November with mummy, the missus and son and we stayed for 3 days. The place belongs to the Pisal family and they are very helpful and lovely people ... almost to a fault. The Pisals will consider you as family, more than as guests, and each and every action/word will demonstrate this effortlessly ... which means it comes naturally to them and they are not trying. The property has 4 rooms (over 2 cottages - I think). The rooms are basic but clean ... expect a 'no-frills' stay ... which again makes you feel right at home. The place is situated a 5 min drive away from the heart of Wai - from where you can go down Menawli or to Dhom dam just as easily. Or you could stay in the property and loll around the verandah and keep chill staring at the huge hill on the other side of the road. Food (b'fast, lunch & dinner - veg and non-veg) can be had in the property, provided you give the Pisals a heads-up ... but don't worry ... they'll be sure to check with you even if you forget. The food is clean, the air cleaner. One can easily drive to Panchgani/Mahabaleshwar from here. Another hotel down the road (towards Wai) also serves great meals (specially mutton) - but I forget the name now.||||I intend to return here to get away from Mumbai's noisy Diwali ... hope to be back soon.

We (my friends and I) were in search of a quite place for a weekend trip. We wanted somewhat a rural experience. I remembered coming across a place in Wai. This place was Shrushti Agritourism Resort.||||This place is approximately 109 kms from Nigdi, i will leave a link to this location below. Roads are in good condition. This place does not feel commercial at all and is kept that way on purpose by owner Mr. Shishir. This place feels more like a rural homestay which is more than welcome. It is located adequately far from the highway so as to keep the noise at bay yet close enough to the wai market area if you need to buy something. The owner is very friendly and gives you a good intro to Wai, he will let you know the things to do while in Wai. The entire Pisal family greets you during your stay and you form a bond with them immediately. ||||About our stay: ||There is enough parking space for at least 6 vehicles. ||They have 4 rooms available. We were 4 friends in total so we opted for a larger room. It came with 4 beds, a TV, a bathroom and a toilet (commode). The rooms here are very well maintained and very clean. They also provided us with fresh towels and soap bars. The room is surrounded by chickoo and Mango trees. There is a huge mountain on front side of the stay and a big farm (sugarcane, jowar, wheat, tomatoes, brinjals and peanuts) on the back side, making this a very desirable place to stay in.||They also have a place for campfire in the back (a must do activity). ||They have a table tennis hut which is a big plus point when you don't want to go out in the sun. ||Along with the rooms they have also started setting up tents if you want to experience camping. ||Coming to the food part, it is prepared in a very local manner. You taste the freshly made masala and top not ingredients. All the food items we ate (from tea, breakfast, lunch and dinner) were very good and prepared in a hygienic environment. ||||Mobile network: ||No issues of network coverage. We were able to access the internet with 4G network for Vodafone and Airtel.||||Things to do and see:||1. There are many old temples in and around Wai area, Menwali temple and Narshina temple to mention a few.||2. There is the Dhom dam which is a good picturesque spot.||3. Boating in Dhom dam back water.||||If you dream about siting around a campfire, sorrounded by trees under a star filled sky; this is a place you might want to check out.

Happened to visit this place after reading good reviews about it. I am not sure whether this can be termed as an Agritourism resort as there is no tourism activity like farm trip etc. Stayed for 3 days. The first day there is no lunch as they dont provide it. They suggested us a place where we had to drive down for lunch. Its a small mess type of hotel but the quality of food is good and you get only vegetarian meal at the mess. The mess (Bandu Gore Bhojanalay) is close to the famous Ganapati temple. Dinner was at the resort and was simple and tasty. Second day they had some function at their home so we were not provided lunch!. Again we had it at the same place. Rest of the days we were provided with lunch and dinner. The breakfast and tea were good in taste and served quickly. Hot water is a bit concern as its solar based. You need to inform them to start the hot water in advance. Hygiene and cleanliness is good.The table tennis room seemed to be closed for some reasons. They have some books if one would like to read. They allowed us to use their kitchen to prepare food for our toddler. Owners are welcoming. Service is quick if given prior notice.Good place to watch a variety of birds.
