The Royal Inn

The hotel Royal inn , banquet gathering was awesome on 18th March 25, we haven't imagine that dinning would be so smooth, a gentleman From New Zealand working there and he promised us operation be smooth without any disturbance, 450 or more of officers , farmers were participate this gathering. Pure Maharashtra type food was the was menu ,each of us enjoyed our meals. In near future will do more function at the hotel Royal inn, also recommend our friends & family to connect with this hotel for function. One Again thank you Joe sir for smooth operation. We had a terrible experience at this hotel. We arrived late at night while on our way to Jejuri, and the hotel staff took advantage of our situation by overcharging us. The hotel is located in a commercial building, almost like a mall, and they forced us to take a room. We have no idea what kind of extra charges they were imposing. We only needed to sleep for 5-6 hours, but it didn't feel worth it at all, so we left immediately. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Below average Food and disappointing staff as well as service!! Don't ruin your evenings here... Better opt for other restaurants. After initial disappointing experience, thought to try it out hoping they might have improved their services. These people do not know how to handle and treat customers. Basic things like salad, water which are readily available will take 15-20 mins to reach your table after multiple reminders. Once they serve you what you have ordered, they wont bother to come and ask if you need anything else. Food quality was extremely pathetic. Veg Maratha gravy was tasteless watery tomato puree. Even a milkshake we ordered took approx 20-25 mins to reach our table. Never visiting again!!

Worst Restaurant experience. Had a very Horrible experience not once but twice. What an exceptional infra, beautiful interior, to Top it all scenic open roof open terrace view. But the serving staff is HORRIFIC. Very bad attitude. No one to talk to properly. No one to give proper answers. No manager to manage the chaos. And the highest Irony was they can't serve Jain food when the owners are themselves Jain. Seriously.

Visited for an official event. |The place is huge, clean and hygienic. The hall for the event is also pretty large with proper cooling and sound facility. |The arrangements done by their team were excellent and the best part was that the team was willing to help in case of any exigency. ||The food was also very nice. Did not expect the quality of food will be this good, but it was. Service of food was a bit slow, but except this everything was totally on track.

I have visited this place more than 3 times. Ambience is really good. But food was not up to the mark. Appetizers (starters) were better everytime I was there. But main course and desserts didn't taste well. If you are charging 89Rs+taxes for a regular flavor ice cream scoop people expect quality in it. I would prefer Amul Ice Cream costing 20-30 Rs(including taxes) anytime for this quality!
