In the morning breakfast I found maggots (caterpillar) in kadepoha and breakfast is not healthy Room cleaning was not good at all, AC not working, no sleeping light, service not good

Management is issued already booking after reach for home deny not available room he is manager deny

Very polite and honest staff. We left the room and 4 hrs later I got a call that I forgot my packet in the room. Everything in the packet was as it is. One of the waiter also gave me extra raita free of cost cause little rice was left. Cutting their one star because other facilities could have been improved. They dont have wifi in the rooms. AC in my room was releasing water after every 30 min. My room didn't have window so had keep AC on. They have restaurant which is also good. Staff is really good, humble and honest.

Pathetic room condition and very arrogant behaviour of receptionist and other staff. This hotel has lot of potential to grow but the staff working there is very bad and not taking care of the customer and hotel. If owner of the hotel reads this please change your staff working here and hire some good people to work including manager and other staff.

They have taken Rs 2000 for one day and at the time of check out they provided a bill of less amount.Room was very average, bathroom door was broken and buckets are dirty. Food was stale,I ordered Chicken Kadhai the chicken pieces were stale .

Most of the rooms don't have windows. You have to request management for spot recharge of dish antenna otherwise you cannot view TV channels. Food quality is good but service could be improved. Swimming tank not cleaned at all. 3 stars for clean rooms and politeness of manager and servants.

Checked in late at night. Food was available. Room was suffocating with no ventilation. Service was quite poor. There wasn't anyone to answer our call for a simple tea. Television set had DTH without card. Got it after requesting. No hot water facilities. Water comes only after 30 minutes when we requested security. Security staff was good and polite.

Surya is a very nice budget hotel fro your business trip. I had been there for several times. Staffs are really good and courteous. Food is really good. Rooms are okay with basic amenities, which is acceptable at the price range. The improvement areas are like - WiFi range is very poor in room, most of the times the Pool is under renovation, in the evening you may get a foul smell coming from a nearby factory.
