FabHotel Swara Residency - Hotel in Baramati, Pune

The reception itself is pathetic. All sofas are broken. Infact it looks more like a store room. Rooms are on the second floor. Rooms are good though small for those staying alone or couples who need utmost privacy. But not for family. I was crestfallen to see the entrance, reception and the rooms too. There are no food arrangements. It is in the MIDC area and so those looking for Luxurious stay should not go for it. I am not sure how this property has got 4.8 rating. I cancelled my reservation with Fab hotels My personal experience. You may still go ahead with the bookings if no alternative available.

Totally unexpected experience, we may get good deal if we go by reference from Local staff of Baramati, we made huge mistake with trusting online visibility, we will never book this hotel again, total experience is below average, Thank you All the Best, You may review with good audit team and make it correct by adding any agent like NoBrokar or Urban Clap cleaning team, once they will clean the whole appartment like professional it's will different look to your apartment
