It's the worst hotel. Worst rooms. The Bedsheet was stinking. The Washroom was dirty. Haven't provided a towel. Upon asking, they provide the towel. Dusty rooms I booked this hotel online through Fab Hotels. Images shown on the site were so nice, and I had paid in advance to book the hotel. When I reached salon, I was surprised at how a fab hotel could keep this salon on their list. They should experience the stay, regular audits to keep maintain the services. I raised a complaint and requested a refund. Both hotel and Fab hotels refused to refund the amount. Instead of a refund, they gave me another room, but the condition was the same as the previous room. I got the room cleaned and asked them to provide the new bedsheet and pillow covers. (Don't know that then they had changed the bedsheet and covers in the past.) Overall experience was very bad. Kindly check the rooms physical before booking. Do not trust online booking for this particular hotel.

It is a great hotel with a nice and welcoming atmosphere. The room was as expected, all amenities were in a good condition. The wi-fi and parking were available. I had no issue during check-in and the price was reasonable.

Not fit to be called a Hotel. Sorry to say but it's not worth a place to stay. No basic amenities whatsoever. Lacks everything.

Third class hotel. They stole my money & Laptop from my room when i went outside for dinner. I filed a police complaint also against them. But they are saying that jo karna hai kr lo. Bakwas bhangar lok ahe. Yedzave

ac, tv and geyser not working. also there was too much dust inside the room. also bathroom was not clean. no one was available at reception to take breakfast order. the bedsheet and pillow covers were too dirty. service was not available for water and food.

I forgot my mobile charger in room, about which I enquired next day by calling. No information was given to me on phone call about availability of charger. I was asked to visit the hotel and upon reaching there I was told that there was no charger in the room. Pathetic response.

We booked a room in this hotel and it was the most perfect stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room had everything we needed. The location was convenient and the price was unbeatable.

No door lock , not cleared properly their are accepted online booking bit their telling we not accepte online payment, I request u to plz cancel the online booking option because it is difficult for customer then their reach if not accept online payment means plz ( give some quarifaction for oyo. And continue sir plz)
