Amruta Lodge

The management is extremely poor. They do not provide basic essentials like a detan kit. In the morning, I called the reception four times for hot water, but it was unavailable at 6:30 AM. Both staff members were sleeping and did not answer the call until 7:15 AM. I have never experienced such terrible service anywhere. This was the worst experience, and I do not recommend this place at all.

The lodge is good for a night's stay in an emergency work in the town. Had a night stay for some work. The surroundings are good too. The rates were ok as per the room given. The lodge doesn't have their own restaurant. The good thing is that there is Dominos below & which is quite good to have a quick brunch. There is no parking inside the lodge & one has to park it on the parking on the service road.

Very bad management. Hotel directly allots room I am staying to another guest without informing me. Haven't received such bad service any where. Worst experience. Don't recommend at all.
