Very worst experience. I booked this resort for team activities, but no service at all and false commitments of service. Place is very silent and cool. But seems like very religious place where small temple is in same loaction. 1st they agreed to give all service and suddenly said their cook ain't available, then said their pool is not available, then said extra charges for rain dance, then they changed and said at last movement when we agreed for all things they denied giving resort. So if you wanted to book this resort do it in formal way becoz can't trust on their words.

This is farm house is part of house. So don't expect services like resorts or hotels. Their service and promises are completely hoax. I booked this resort for my birthday celebration of 30head. But later this people saying cook is not available so I arranged my cook. Then they said pool ain't available. Rain dace will charge per head. Very unprofessional and disgusting at last movement also they don't tell that they don't want to give resort. They said me if they aren't responding my call so I should understand that they aren't interested it seems. Please take in professional ways or else don't believe on their words.

I have attended this place for a marriage, Good place to do family functions, Well maintained, the surroundings are completely filled with greenery. And the swimming pool is also clean. As the place is in a remote area so we faced a bit of network issues except that everything was good.

Best places in Banda,sawantawadi Resort like place. Full of greenery
