Such a bad experience. Restroom is the worst I have ever seen in a hotel. The cupboard is full with broom sticks and acid and other room cleaning liquids. The fan speed regulator is broken. Bed sheet have alot of stains and hair. I would have rated negative number instead of 1 if possible. I had to occupy the room because I didn't have other option at that point of time at night at 2am. And I paid for the room before hand not knowing the condition of the room. The room they gave us is quite bad. They might have other rooms in better condition. So visit the rooms before booking.

Would not recommend this hotel. They like to charge you before even looking at the room. The toilet was very dirty, it looked like it was never cleaned. The bed was hard with a dirty bed sheet and pillow case with holes in it. No amenities in the room no options to get tea or coffee before.

Such a worst hotel, rooms are stinking with bad smell, bathrooms are worser than public toilets. We couldn't even stay there for 10 mins, shifted to another room even though it was late midnight. Please don't ever book room here through online. Photos are fake and nowhere matches the room actual pictures. When we asked to clean the room, service person is just spraying room freshner to depress the bathroom smell. I had paid 2900 which was non refundable, but the rooms are not even worth for 500rs.

Our rooms were worst - the sheets looked unwashed, with visible stains, and the bathroom was filthy. Mold in the shower, hair in the sink, and grime everywhere. It felt like the room hadn't been cleaned in weeks. The staff? Completely unprofessional and rude. This hotel is an embarrassment. If you care about hygiene, comfort, or decent customer service, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.

Can we have negative marking ? Washrooms were horrible, staff was rude and non cooperative there were cockroaches in the room all in all look for some other option

The view from Room is garbage . People throwed Room waste from windows. The cleaning is not good. This is hostel close at 11.00pm sharp. Entry not allowed after 11.00. TV not working. AC without remote. No hot Water. Don't have sprey in bathroom. Taps leaked.

Towels, bedsheets were clean. Food not so good. No geyser, but they provide heating rod for water. Good option for spending night halt
