Good property. We went with 5 family of friends (group of 18 people) in mid April. Lot of options for staying. Early Mornings are very pleasant.Check in / check out was smooth. Food was average. Accessibility is difficult if not traveling by car. No public transport to igatpuri station. Some parts of property needs maintenance.(game zone, children's garden, swimming pool benches etc) Overall we enjoyed our stay.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Greeted on arrival with complimentary drinks. Informed about the spa facilities but we made it clear we were not interested and it was never mentioned again. The views from the open terrace are fantastic with the waterfalls in the near distance. We ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel. The quality of the food was excellent. Our room was on the upper floor and had a balcony overlooking the falls. The hotel had a pool which we used each evening. Whilst at the pool we had monkeys overhead and even deer came to say hello. Thanks to the staff, we had a great time.

One of the worst trip of my life. I was to surprise my wife but ended up shocking her. The manager was missing the entire day. The person at the reception was unaware about booking confirmation from Agoda. He took more than 45 minutes to allot a room, which was a normal one as I booked a Deluxe Room with Bath tub. The person was shamelessly saying that's it's one and the same. On my anger he gave me new Room with Bath tub but there was leakage from Air Conditioning Unit. Thereafter he gave me new room where AC and fan wasn't working. Later on Technician came and solved the issue. In the night after dinner I was told that Diesel in Generator is almost over and requested me to shift to normal room for night. In the morning they kept giving excuses and later at 12 noon said that you have to stay at normal room as there is no electricity in the Deluxe Room. I paid almost 8k for the Deluxe Room and have never used it. The staff is very useless and never communicate anything at the reception. Even the basic necessity i.e. water wasn't provided and it took more than an hour to provide the same. There is no Room Service and even no telephone in the Room to contact the Reception. Most of the time there is no one at the reception. Most of the time the lift was also not working. It's a over hyped Resort showcasing a lot of Adventure but the fact is only 3 Adventure are available which was even doubtful as I couldn't see any maintenance over the same. It's a sheer waste of money and unnecessary suffering by paying other. Even I saw a Rat near the Kitchen area so that shows the level of Hygiene. Last but not the least, the address mentions 500 meters before Ghoti Toll Naka, but they don't mention that it's a left 500 meters before and thereafter you have to cover more than 8 kms to reach the so called scammer and useless Resort named Rainforest. Visit at your own risks to waste your money.

Excellent location with beautifully surrounded mountains. Extra-ordinary and mouth watering food which was really delicious. This is the second best thing which makes this place worth visiting one more time. Cleanliness in room and maintenance of the property needs alot of work though.

I had a great time at Rainforest Igatpuri for a solo night stay. The place is peaceful, and the staff are friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. Really poor service In Call When we called to resort and asked for booking confirmation and what all menu will be there in all days for food, they told you booked from MakeMyTrip, then, asked to them only. I told we booked your hotel room not MakeMyTrip room. But after 4 calls and email to management no positive response. Restaurant 1. Same dessert n food items repeating in all Bfast Lunch n dinner. When we asked, waiter was telling due to marriage we ordered more. 2. Restaurant toilets are too much dirty, flush not working properly, floor is wet n dirty with tissue, dustbin bag is full of split of pan masala, no one is there to look it 3. You need to do self service of water as well, no one is ready give on table Reception 1. Reception no one is there to entertain a visitor. 2. Common washroom very dirty, even they don't have soaps to wash hand Rooms 1. Spacious rooms but no housekeeping. 2. Intercom are not working 3. 2 days no clean of rooms Swimming pool 1.
