Bodh Valley

My experience at this hotel was nothing short of a disaster. The rooms were in a deplorable state--filthy, outdated, and uncomfortable. The bathroom was particularly troubling; the jet spray was broken, making basic hygiene a challenge. To add to the misery, the intercom system was non-functional, leaving me unable to communicate with the staff or request assistance. The presence of cockroaches in the room was both alarming and disgusting, making the stay even more unpleasant. The staff's unprofessionalism was the final straw. They were consistently rude and unhelpful, which only exacerbated the already terrible experience. I had to follow up multiple times just to get a simple bottle of water. Each request was met with delays and indifference, highlighting their lack of customer service skills. In summary, this hotel failed on all fronts--dirty rooms, broken amenities, pest infestations, and unfriendly staff. I strongly advise against staying here; it was a thoroughly disappointing and distressing experience. Also, have photos and videos taken to remember to avoid booking just by looking at photos and without reading reviews

Worst experience of my life . The pictures attached here are much more different than the real rooms . The rooms are really bad,,the things inside are a little broken ,,the bathroom is really dirty ,so is the room. The staff doesn't care about service. Very unhygienic,,there were rats in the room.who damaged our things . The quality of food is really bad . Basically,,,it's a scam . The hotel you book online doesn't actually exist . The name given in online booking is different from when you actually come here ,,the hotel exists from a different name here ,,which causes major inconvenience to find it

This comes under Rainforest. Huge premises but it includes, 2-3 different properties under different names. Rooms and premises are not maintained. Rooms are dirty, not maintained, dirty linens, dirty washroom, non-working tv, no WiFi, cockroaches, etc. Both, food and staff are good. Amenities mentioned on MMT were not provided. MMT has published good review for this property which was not given by me. Absolute disappointment.

Best resort in Igatpuri. Rooms are spacious and luxurious, modern design furniture. I had an amazing time with my friends, visited different places nearby like bhandhara waterfalls, beautiful mountain views

Don't go by the reviews on Makemytrip. It's all fake paid review and repeated content. We went to bodh valley and there was no board outside. It's combined with Rainforest but there should be some board Below points to highlight 1) The room cleanliness was very bad. The AC was not working and no celing fan. Only stand fan fixed in wall 2) There was rat in room and no water in bathroom. We had to change room but still no improvement in new room . It was not maintained at all. They are charging 6K but no service 3) The potato sabzi served was rotten 4) The dinning room half of fans were not working 5) No room service and phones not working 6) Overall very disappointed with the property with so much charges.

Nothing around. No Room service. No cleanliness. Old pictures on website and other apps. Ruined our vacation. Zero help at reception. They just take money upfront and no refund. Same property different resort names. Big scam.

Views and activities are very fun at Bodh valley resort. Over everything, Manager Nitish is a pleasure to deal with. There was some mixup due to Agoda booking, but he figured out ways around to make everything seemless. Very honest, polite and hardworking support staff.

Pathetic Rooms. Insects Everywhere and noone to clean the room. Bathroom Fittings Broken. Don't even deserve One Star. One Hotel divided into 3 or 4 different hotels : rainforest, Bodh valley etc etc. Only book if you want to avenge your partner or spouse. Not maintained. Only good thing - Buffet Meal. Please carry Insect killer / repellent. The hotel wont care if you die. They Need No Id's too which is questionable.
