1 India Resort, Igatpuri

I recently had the pleasure of staying at 1 India resort in Igatpuri, and I can't say enough about how wonderful my experience was. Nestled in the serene and picturesque surroundings of Igatpuri, this resort is a true gem. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome. Their warm hospitality and attention to detail were evident in every interaction. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed, offering stunning views of the lush green landscape. The amenities at 1 India resort are top-notch. I particularly enjoyed the swimming pool, which provided a refreshing escape in the afternoons. The on-site restaurant served a variety of delicious dishes, catering to all tastes. The food was always fresh and flavorful, and the service was impeccable. One of the highlights of my stay was exploring the beautiful surroundings. The resort is perfectly located for those who love nature and adventure. Whether you're into hiking, visiting nearby attractions, or simply relaxing amidst nature, 1india resort has something for everyone. In summary, 1 India resort in Igatpuri offers an exceptional experience for anyone looking to unwind and enjoy the natural beauty of the area. I highly recommend this resort and can't wait to return for another visit!

We had visited this resort with the expectations of getting good amenities based on the reviews. But request you to be very careful before visiting this place. The only 1 star that has been given is because of the very good quality of food that was served. Apart from that, the rooms were pathetic!! Not clean before our check in, the tables were broken, the curtain along with the curtain holder fell off, there's no television,no exhaust faculty in the bathroom hence remains wet the entire time, had to order for changed doormats as they were so dusty & dirty, the cabinets are not proper, the fan works only on the 5th speed, it didnt get slower. Also when we complained about it, the responses were v rude. No hospitality. Hygiene at the eating place is not upto the mark at all. Extremely disappointed: please think twice before visiting this property

The location is so good. Rooms are good but the wooden cottages are a bit noisy. Food is ok ok. But the service is very poor. Laundry is not available as they claim. The response I got when I asked for laundry that they don't have staff because of covid. We only received water when we checked in. They said that I have to fill the water bottle myself from the restaurant or buy the bottles. What a shameful service. Though the behaviour of the staff was good but it doesn't justify their services.

the worst experience ever because they provide us with bad resort even though they know that d resort is in bad condition only to earn money and to cheat customar they do it intentionally. hotel rooms were in such a bad condition and d hotel manager was so rude that there was no1 to resolve d problems .no network on phone that v can complain immediately. I request goibibo to refund all my payments. rooms had crab, reptiles, frog. It's completely unhygienic. On swimming pool there is high tension wire going which is risky. Beds are broken. I had kids and felt difficult to stay in room for a night. I won't recommend never go in resort to everyone.

I don't think I'm gonna go to Igatpuri again because of this horrible experience. The price we paid to stay in a tent room in this resort was exorbitant. Pls note that there is nothing tent like in the tent rooms. No wardrobe. TV didn't work. No refrigerator or chiller. Wi-Fi hardly worked. The place is remote, hence only Jio worked. No Vi or Airtel. Swimming pool was the only positive feature and that too wasn't maintained properly. There is no other option of food. Hence we had to link Nashik trip with this trip for 2 consecutive days. And it thankfully madr the overall trip a good one.

It's a nice place to have a vacation with friends and family but the below needs to be considered while planning a trip here. 1. If planning to come by train from Mumbai: there are two trains that stop at Igatpuri station from csmt, one in the morning and the other in the evening, the check in time is 1 PM, the morning train will make you wait for a long time at the waiting room. 2. The roads to the resort are riddled with potholes, something to consider while traveling by car. 3. There is no network of VI and Airtel at the time of writing this, only Jio works, the WiFi connectivity is there, but you'll not get internet until you sign into their proxy, which is a painful task as you'll be constantly trying to connect to the internet, this is more bad when the resort is full of guests who are leaching off the wi-fi. 4. If you're traveling on a weekend, you will get a huge variety of food options which was nice. But also long lines and waiting for a seat to eat. 5. If you're traveling on a weekday, please expect to be disappointed with the dining options as it's really not so great as the weekend because the guests are less. Sunday night dinner and Monday breakfast was dismal but you get a place to sit easily compared to the weekend. 6. Tent room was nice, however had an issue with a rat eating our soap every time we left the room for lunch or an outing.

Excellent package for two nights and three days. Specious room. Excellent vegetarian food. Good sports activities.in dor games, Ample free space and greenery all around. Could do better if the focus for housekeeping and cleanliness is improved, especially in restaurant.

It was a new year function with family at new year, the food as expected was best but less spicy them also we enjoyed a lot. As this was my second trip it was special my friend birthday so we enjoyes the trip and recommend to everyone.
