Rainy Resort and Water Park

Feedback Regarding Our Recent Visit to Rainy Resort & water park We visited Rainy Resort today with our family, but unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. 1. Lack of Security and Safety: While our female family members were enjoying in the water park, a few intoxicated men tried to misbehave and pull them. We immediately informed the on-site security guard about the incident. Shockingly, instead of taking any action, he questioned us and stated that those individuals did not drink inside but came in already drunk, so nothing could be done. He did not even bother to question or warn those people. This is unacceptable and shows a serious lapse in your security management. 2. Water Quality Issues: The water in the water park seemed unhygienic, as many of us developed skin irritation and itching after using it. This raises serious concerns about the cleanliness and safety of your water facilities. 3. Poor Changing Room Conditions: The changing rooms were extremely dirty and not maintained properly. For a family-friendly resort, this kind of basic hygiene should not be overlooked. We hope you take this feedback seriously and make immediate improvements in these areas. As paying customers who expect a safe and enjoyable experience, we felt let down. Without significant improvements, we would not consider returning or recommending your resort to others.

Rooms rent is very High and swimming pool water is dirty out side food note allowed watchman behevr not Good Normaly it all ok but Main problem Safai cleaning ka hai jo agar ye dhyan dege to sahi hoga

It's the worst water park in whole Badlapur It is very inconvenient that there is no UPI payment available only cash. The pools were very dirty The slides should be in deep waters or at least in 4 or 4.5 feet deep pool but they are in shallow pool my back got hurt due to the shallowness The food is too expensive that we didn't even buy it we ate VADAPAV at the store right outside the gate. The toilets and showers are dirty and some showers and taps are broken. The place where lockers are is very dirty. This is the worst place to go for holiday. SO I WILL NOT EVEN RECOMMEND TO GO HERE TO ANYONE... NOT EVEN MY ENEMIES

Quality of water is very poor as it contains large amounts of chlorine. Also unhygienic people, cheap people. The ticket price is low but services are even poorer.

It is a small and cozy resort. Good for those people who have fear of water and slide. It is near from Badlapur railway station west.

Near to Badlapur and a cost friendly water park. Best time to visit is weekdays.

Good And Amazing resort & rides also absolutely good

The entrance of the resort is not clean. The pothole just beside the p locker is very unclean there are worms in it. The bathrooms are very bad. There is a lot of garbage in the water park. Food is tasteless . If hair is found in the bhakri, & we tell them, they say sometimes it happens. we had come to the resort a few years ago. It was a very beautiful resort but now it is very unpleasant and untidy. The resort is not maintained properly and the information is not given correctly on the phone,There is no decency while talking over phone while inquiring they shout as if they do not need customers...
