Spent a fun and relaxing day at Nirva Resort in Badlapur! The place has a perfect mix of chill and lively vibes. Everything was well-organized--from check-in to the overall setup. The pool area was super clean, and the property had a refreshing, open feel. The DJ kept the energy high with great music. The food was delicious, with a good variety that kept everyone happy. Plus, the staff was polite and attentive, which made the experience even better. Whether you're looking to party a little or just unwind with friends or family, Nirva is a solid pick for a quick getaway near Mumbai. Can't wait to go back! Let me start with all the good points.. property is good..when I visited there with my friend for wedding booking inquiry, there was some wedding going on so we got to see the place with decorations...place has mountain view. But the service and management is very very poor there. Me and my friend waited at least 20 mins for someone to come and give quotation....the lobby had only one cooler which was turned to reception...we had to wait without fan or any other cooling We had visited there at around 12:30-1 in harsh sun...they did not care to you offer even on glass of water..after some time one of their executives came and gave us the quotation. He was least interested in explaining...no follow up calls were made from them afterwards We had visited many other resorts for quotation and the management was so good even at the cheapest resort we saw. I request the owners of nirva resort to hire some professionally trained staff to handle customers who will care about the customer....overall 5/10 place is good but management should be more customer centric...

With your reply we can understand how the staff are! Staff had to make sure the clients are save you staff are the first one to make them feel uncomfortable. Request the owner to change the caretaker Enjoying your property yes we did before the dj as we couldn't enjoy the dj also we dint paid to just stay in a room what else we have done atleast we had some photosession actually that's the only thing we did and rest of the time we were inside the room.

Nirva is a resort mainly used for functions like weddings and birthdays. Ample parking space is available. It's on the outskirts of Badalapur. The food taste is average. No special activities than a kids play area and swimming pool. The swimming pool is not well maintained. First floor rooms are spacious.

We couldn't have asked for a better venue for our wedding! The resort was stunning, and the entire experience was seamless, thanks to the wonderful management. Everyone was incredibly cooperative, ensuring that every detail was perfect. I have taken sunset suite just to have some more luxuries stay but when I visited the resort there were weeding happening just outside our room and it was so difficult because they have given the rooms just beside my room to the wedding guest and they were so loud. Just wants to suggest them please don't give the room even if available to other guest when some event is happening at your resort. And regarding the staff they were really helpful and they have given us great service.

My wedding was arranged at this location. Their decorator name Dipesh did not provide services to us as planned. During reception party, we paid for Pyro and smoke pot for entry. Nothing was arranged and we had to enter on stage without that. And no refund was issued. Worse service and do not recommend
